-St. Francis (PA) lost a thrilling game in the First Four (aka: play-in round) to Alabama State last Tuesday to miss out on the reward of playing 1-seed Auburn—but they could have said they had an NCAA Tournament win (if you believe in that)

-Fast forward one week, and the school announced they’ll be going from D1 athletics to D3, due to the institution’s belief that college athletics are going away from their main principles, at least in the D1 level…Hampton already did this in recent years…will others follow who simply can’t keep up and don’t want to?
