We need to be prepped for the summer - to seamlessly navigate from spring into summer. To do that we need to surround ourselves with good people, good food, healthy, habits, the Word, and or time with Him. We can reap so much more in our daily lives. We need to take care of ourselves and often the changing seasons cause challenges. You need whole, good food. You need the Word. You need water. You need exercises and movement. You need a wholesome mindset. And you need your people - your tribe. Today I want to talk to you about your people.
