Tashan, Ted and Vic discuss the Las Vegas Raiders week 16 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Raiders did it! They broke their 10 game losing streak and finally won a game! Now depending on who you are, believe it or not, that can be a good thing OR a bad thing.

Aidan O'Connell stepped up and lead the Raiders to a late season 'W', the veteran running backs scored TDs, the defense caused fumbles, a former Jaguar player got revenge on his former team, special teams played well -- it really was a all around team win!

The win was great, but the Raiders messed up their NFL Draft pick in a bad way, so was the win worth it, or should the Raiders have wanted to keep losing? The guys discuss!
