Sixers Head Into All-Star Break | AM in the PM by A2D Radio

The Philadelphia Eagles have made their decision on their Offensive Coordinator position: not hiring one at all. Instead, they appointed QB Coach Press Taylor as the Pass Game Coordinator while also appointing DL Coach Matt Burke as one of the Run Game Coordinators (OL Coach Jeff Stoutland remains as the other Run Game Coordinator). Was the decision to restructure their coaching staff in this manner the right one? The BOAF crew will discuss this. They’ll also give their opinions on the Eagles’ “All or Nothing” season, the debut of the new XFL, and then finish the show with their “No Huddle” segment.

The winter break is upon us with only three games this past weekend. Everton keeps moving up the table as they get a 3-1 win over Crystal Palace. The relegation battle continues to heat up as Brighton and
Watford played to a 1-1 draw. On Sunday Sheffield United beat Bournemouth 2-1. Sheffield moves up to 5th place and is only 2 points behind Chelsea for 4th! If Sheffield was to get a Champions League spot, would it be the most shocking moment over the Leicester City team that did the unthinkable winning the league back in 2015-2016? The other game was Manchester City v West Ham but it was postponed due to inclement weather. Also the Champions
League starts back up next Tuesday. We take a deep dive into the matchups and make some predictions as to who will advance. As always we will talk about any hot topics around the world of soccer as well. Finally, the league games will finish up this upcoming weekend with six games on the slate. Friday sees Wolves hosting Leicester City and the big marquee game will be on Monday when Chelsea will face off against Manchester United. With Liverpool having a historical season, most of the credit will go to the midfield maestro Jordan Henderson. Do you think Jordan Henderson can win Player of the Year? The Sixers play the Bulls tonight in their first game with the new additions from the trade deadline, Alec Burks and Glenn Robinson III, finally available.
