Aaron’s Opinion

Hello to all the viewers and listeners of the Aaron's Opinion podcast. I think literacy is important because in enables people to gain information which can become knowledge, or for the sake of leisure or pure interest. I am very much a braille reader, but think being able to read in whatever form that takes is important to know how things are spelled and to better make sense of grammar. However, I also think audio has a place as you can hear the pronunciation of the words, which will perhaps sound different in different accents or dialects. I also run a braille pen pals facebook group, for those who enjoy writing letters in braille and would like to have some pen pals around the world to write to. In a little over a year, our group has grown to 40 members.

Donna Jill Jodhan graduated with an LLB under graduate degree from the University of London England Distance Learning program in July 2022.
She has extensive experience in tutoring and coaching and offers her services to students via email, zoom, and Facetime in the following courses.
Civil and Criminal Procedures, Family Law, and Land and Property.
She also offers students the opportunity to review their essays in Jurisprudents.

Donna Jill Jodhan is an advocate, author, blogger, dinner mystery writer and producer, entrepreneur, law graduate from the University of London England and podcast commentator.

Donna is the recipient of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Award
In recognition of her work as an advocate (June 2022).

Donna is the owner and president of Sterling Creations.
She has and continues to serve as an advisor/consultant to:

She is also a 2023 Spring graduate of the Carroll Centre’s Screen Reader User Testing Trainer course.

Donna is the founder and president of Barrier Free Canada.
Past president and second vice president of the Alliance for Equality of Blind Canadians.
Past communications director of the Canadian Blind Sports Association
Past board member of Citizens with disabilities Ontario.

Donna enjoys playing chess, composing on her electronic keyboard, pottery, and knitting.

Robbie Forde, a regular guy that was forced to face many challenges throughout his childhood and early life however after discovering what he could do, he did do, challenged those challenges, disabling them and enabling him to discover the truth, that nobody necessarily has to learn to live with blindness because you can turn things around and make blindness learn to live with you, with your choice, and with your rules.

About Me:

Dany Acosta is a nationwide speaker and author from Mexico, who struggled through challenges and homelessness until God saved his life. In 2014, Dany persevered through chronic kidney failure, going blind, a stroke and two seizures, a projected three months of life, and having both eyes removed. In 2019, God blessed Dany with a kidney transplant through Cyrus Lavers. Dany is the Commencement Speaker and a Master’s in Social Work graduate from Salem State University Class of 2023.
In 2022, Dany published his first romantic poetry book “Blindly Painting Words of Love – A Poet’s Adventure”. Dany donates all the royalties to help families who have kids with disabilities. His book has ben donated to libraries, jails, and families worldwide.
