Franchises have an economic output of $787 billion and employ over 8 million people – accounting for 3% of the national GDP. Last March, everything changed and the long-term plan became the ‘right now’ plan. 2020 became an accelerant for everyone, including franchises.

Catherine Monson brings 30 years of franchising and management experience and is currently the President & CEO of FASTSIGNS International. Last February, she became the Chair of the IFA (International Franchise Association) and today she’ll address the strategies for franchise growth and how support and mentoring have become the foundation of franchising.
