Bagels are a NYC staple, but today’s guest thinks they needed an upgrade. Elyse Oleksak and her husband, Nick, were both working on Wall Street in 2008 when they decided to reinvent the bagel. Complicating this tall task, neither had culinary experience. After a lot of trial, error, and hustle, Bantam Bagels not only launched, but took off quick.
