Both Long term vision or Garuda drishti and short term vision or sarpa drishti is extremely important for an individual and an organization as well. Where short term vision is required for day to day activity but long term vision is essential for the succession planning. Which was present in Rama in the epic Ramayana but absent in Devabrata in the epic Mahabharata.

Greatest success come just one step beyond the point at which defeat had overtaken. Failure is a trickster with a keen sense of irony and cunning.

We need to honour our past and need to learn to invest the learning for our future. If we do not try for new things with the fear of failure we will never gain success. Though most of us desire gold or wealth in our life but most of the time we are unable to do so instead of our immense skills and extreme hardwork. We must try to analyze the reason of our failure and also seek guidance or follow the footsteps of other successful individual. Do not blame try to seek guidance and learn the secret of the success.

The fundamental reality of life is dukha. There is no escaping the grief that parameates every corner of the illusory world. Dhrama is complicated. It is often not about what but why. Only if you put your duty above yourself, you can have a chance of attaining a life of dharma.

The world is full of kubijas or the outcasts, in our world only performance seems to matter. In workplace there are people who are at the wrong end of the bell-curve and this make them insecure. You need to support them console them to become a part of the system do not treat them as an outcast.

In our yearning to be seen, we assume our own importance, until someone comes along and reminds us that we are just a part of a bigger picture. Most of the time we also analyse our profit and return with sort sightedness instead of having a long term vision ...
