In this conversation, I sat down with Seb Harris, who is currently training for one of the most physically and mentally taxing challenges in the World, The Arctic Triple.
A 32km Skimo, 162km Ultra-trail and a full distance Ironman make up the challenge. But arguably the hardest part is that they are all set in the Arctic Circle.
Seb explains the unique challenges that he is having to prepare for (including actually learning how to Ski), the legitimate risk to life that lies in the mountains, and how Red Bull are supporting him.
This is a conversation I have wanted to have for a long time, and it did not dissapoint.
