Abnormally Normal

We are SORRY!! 

Yes, apologies for leaving this podcast go silent for such a long time, we are now going to start uploading more regularly. 

Life gets in the way sometimes and before the holiday period we really started to feel down about our current state of life, not enjoying what we were doing and being zombies to the 'daily grind'. 

This shorter podcast goes a bit more into how we are going to use this year to make some drastic and positive changes to our lives, to go from simply existing to actually living.

This episode me and Beth have a discussion about not knowing which direction to take in our professional and personal situations. we have a clear end goal but now we have to work back from there and figure out a path which will ensure our happiness and fulfilment. 

Our heads are very much in the future and planning how we are going to get there by what means. we are re-evaluating our lives currently, trying to move towards a happier/better/more successful and contented version of ourselves. 

This podcast is a raw chat about some methods we are going to and currently are employing to achieve our goals.
