Have you ever stopped to think for a moment about what life would be like if it weren’t for the sacrificial death of Jesus on the Cross? Life would be pointless, futile and empty. Today on Abounding Grace pastor Ed Taylor continues our verse by verse study of First Corinthians with a look at what communion is all about. The church in Corinth had lost sight of this, and let’s make sure we don’t do the same.

God has called us to be separate from the world and live a life that reflects that we’ve been saved. We’re no longer to be living for ourselves, but rather for the Lord. But as we’ve been discovering lately, there are some very real worldly influences that we need to be aware of… and know how to navigate through and around them.
