Depending on whether we cook or order delivery, food becomes a fundamental part of our routine. It can be healthy meals, balanced meals, or even unhealthy ones.

Generally, cooking tends to be cheaper than ordering. Of course, that's not the only difference-there are also the portion sizes, ingredients, and the level of involvement you have in the dish.

The economic factor often plays a crucial role.

Another key reason is the TIME factor. Many times, we say, "I don't have time to cook," so ordering something is faster and more effective. However, this can also be relative.

And what a noble element: LEFTOVERS! If I cook meat, I make extra; if I cook pasta, I make extra too. This way, we can save even more time in the future.
