    Σήμερα η προσοχή μας στέκεται σε ένα έμβλημα που πιθανόν να έχετε προσέξει κι εσείς. Μπορείτε να το δείτε από το πάρκο Γεωργιάδη και είναι το έμβλημα που βρίσκεται εξωτερικά του προμαχωνα Βιτούρι.
    Φέρει στη βάση του τη χρονολογία 1540 και περικλείει γιρλάντα με το οικόσημο της οικογένειας Vitturi που επιστέφεται από μικρό μετωπικό λέοντα.
    Ο προμαχώνας ονομάστηκε έτσι προς τιμή του Προβλεπτή (provveditore) Giovanni Vitturi

    Today we will inform you of an emblem that you may have noticed, and you can see it from the Georgiadis Park. It is the emblem of the Vitturi Gate.
    The coat of arms is of the Vitturi family and includes the date 1540 in its rectangular frame and a frontal lion.
    The Bastion Vitturi was named after provveditore Giovanni Vitturi
