Highs on Sunday broke records. It was 92 degrees in the Twin Cities. It's never been that hot in the in that region on October first. The Twin Cities Marathon was cancelled due to the warm and muggy conditions.

Dean Philips is stepping away from a leadership position in his caucus over his view that there should be more primary challengers running against president Joe Biden.
