This week ATBpod.com is doing something special and different.  In honor of Hanson Nguyen of Level H promotions wedding week, we had all his grooms men ( Thaddeus Park, Dj Hapa boy, Pono Riley and Bryan Lee) on to talk and laugh one last time before Hanson and Sonya tie the knot.  It's not our usual episode but this one really meant a lot to all of us. This week  ATBpod.com welcomes Chef Ai' Pono the culinary gangster and owner of Ai' Pono Cafe in Costa Mesa California. On this episode Chef Ai' Pono and Thaddeus talk about growing up in Hawaii, humble beginnings working as a line cook in Las Vegas and being the first chef to compete in Top Chef.  Chef also explains how he started his cafe in California a few weeks before the pandemic, the support he got from the community and friends, and his style of Hawaiian street food.  Lastly Chef Ai' Pono tells Thaddeus what his plans are for the future, opening a new spot in Las Vegas, and training Mui Thai and jiu jitsu on his free time.  This is a truly inspiring episode and I hope it inspires you as much as it did me.

On this episode James and Thaddeus talks about using the bathroom on the airplane, working on a daily podcast with a local comedian legend, and having a daughter athlete.  The two also talk about, how James uses social media to build his brand, a few wasp videos that he made that went viral, and being able to stay consistent with making content.  Lastly James talks about how he met a few goals from when he was on the show last year and what his goals are for the future.
