Art and creativity can have a powerful impact on mental health and anxiety.
April is stress awareness month. In today’s episode you will get to hear from one of my dear friends Savannah who came on to promote her gallery exhibition going on in Austin, TX at the end of this month that is centered on mental health. We discuss a wide array of topics like:
Art not only provides people with a means of expression, but also helps to promote relaxation and mindfulness. As well as enhancing self-esteem and self-awareness. Overall, art and creativity can be valuable tools for improving mental health and managing anxiety. Incorporating creative activities into a regular self-care routine can provide a sense of purpose and meaning, as well as promote a sense of well-being and balance.

“Fortune favors the bold” is an old common expression, but essentially it encourages one to push the limits of what they can do. The more risky, the more likely it is to succeed.
But being bold isn’t necessarily about being fearless or taking risks but rather acknowledging your fears or doubts and still choosing to face them head on with the mindset or delusion that everything will work out!
In this episode I briefly talk about my time in Vegas and the lessons I learned regarding imposter syndrome; how to deal with it as well as the notion of taking calculated risk while factoring in some universal synchronicities and a positive mindset.
