Value Ladder is important for businesses . It apply to all industries . Only when you have design your value ladder then you stand a chance to create a viable and profitable business.

What we learnt from Usama is that we have to always update ourself and passionate and went deep into the subject we are learning. A lot of graduates kept saying why that company does not look at our resume is not the case. Currently there is a perception of once we finished our Master degree we should get job immediate even we do not know anything about the industry.

Usama also teaches us that we should be humble and accept new opportunities as it comes especially we are from overseas . This will give us chance to blend into the culture and grow in overseas.

One of the secrets to become a successful in your field is continuous learning and reading!
