In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, we invited Dr. Houriya Kazim, the UAE’s first female surgeon, and Luz Salem Villamil and Natalia Hassanie who are both breast cancer survivors, in a panel to raise awareness, support early detection, and hear their first-hand stories. What were their personal journeys like as breast cancer survivors and what does an expert breast cancer surgeon have to say about it all?
