Many of times I find my self being so conscious of self will going through out my day, trying to find a way to save face and keep togethe what I believe I have Built. God calls us to be less worried about us and just obey him. He will take of us in the moments we feel self-conscious if we call on him.

Romans 12:3

Matthew 22:34-40

34 When the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they came together.

My way is:

My heart

God wants my heart because it’s my core. That will determine who I am to those around me

If I have an unrepentant heart my heart will become hard (pharaoh) and render me ineffective to be a servant of God

My heart is my agenda, God’s heart is his agenda.

Sin clogs the arteries of our spiritual heart. I can’t serve when I’m out of breath because I’m not conditioned right.

1 Corinthians 10:13

In this scripture I believe there are four key points Paul wants us to know about Temptations in reference to God;

When you feel guilt what do you do? Quit, sit still or move out of it. Whatever you do God calls us out of Guilt to conviction through grace.

1-Expections-when expectation are set too high or set for the wrong reason we can feel guilty when we dont meet them and are more likely to quit.

Many of us have gotten to a place where we really disconnect from what we do as adults that may imitate a child at times. As an adult we still throw adult tantrums and just improve in hiding them. This points to a selfish heart and lack of servanthood practice.

We all want short cuts and there’s nothing wrong with that desire however I believe seeking them is what causes a problem.

Seeking short cuts can lead to a lack of integrity and cutting corners.

Seeking short cuts builds a habit of looking for a way out of hard work and looking for a short cut.

Seeking short cuts take your eyes off the lesson this is often an issue I made in school and make at working during training some times.

It builds an intolerance for situations that will require patience.

We tend to take matters in to our own hands and it will typically backfire if not now it will later.

You jealous? James 4:1

Jealousy points at you not someone else. No one can make us feel jealous only our make up can.

Is jealousy bad?

When we find our identity in people or things, as they change we change. However, if we find our identity in God we will experience structure and experience

I beleive that many of us under estimate the power of the tongue, speech and both what and how we say things. James in the bible makes it plan about the power of the tongue. I believe there are to sides of this spectrum we start on, either we speak too much or don't speak up when neccessary but whatever the case it takes God and patience to meet in the middle of both.
