Fasting is intended to result in transformation. If we continue to oppress and fight with one another, we aren't pleasing God with our fasting.

There are four measurements of spiritual maturity that are listed in Ephesians 4. They are: 1. Doctrinal stability, 2. Relational Authenticity/We speak the truth in love 3. Full Participation in the Body of Christ, 4. Growing capacity for love.

Pastor Roy talks through the last chapter of Colossians this evening.

Fasting is the self-imposed denial of physical desires in the pursuit of God. When we fast we replace the pursuit of physical things with the pursuit of spiritual things.

Pastor Roy talks through Colossians 3:18-4:1 during this evening's Bible Study.

Pastor Roy talks about Peter's vision and how he couldn't see what God had planned in the moment, but was holding on to his past. We have to make room for God to speak to us and not get trapped in our past.
