Mike McCaulley has been a friend of mine for a few years after meeting each other through working in a ski rental shop. It turned out that we grew up relatively close to each other in Pennsylvania after Mike moved there from Florida.

In this conversation I find out a lot about Michael that I had no clue about before this meet up. From growing up with a drug addicted mother in Florida to moving up north with his dad and older sister to escape a life they didn't want. Mike has been through some trying times in his life and is working his way to success. His goal is to become a Green Beret in the Army. Just another badass living his best life.

What does breath work do? It expands your lungs and gives fresh air to your brain, giving it a positive effect. Do that over and over again and maybe you get a little dizzy, but at least you aren't dwelling on whatever negative thoughts you were before the breathing! I try to practice breath work daily to expand and heal my lungs from all the bullshit I put in them. It also is part of my meditation when I want to clear my head. Sometimes, when I'm really frustrated, on the exhale I'll let out a long FUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKKKK. It helps me and I think it could work for you too! Always remember.....JUST BREATH!
