A couple attended a retreat at the Schoodic Institute in Acadia National Park. The retreat was about being a space for community to go to heal, to be together, to build relationships,  and really to just have fun outdoors and get away from the stress of just everyday life.  But a man with a long history of violence against women changed everything.
