Newly obtained police interview footage is shedding more light on the investigation into allegations that a female Cornell student was drugged and sexually assaulted by multiple men in October 2024.

Two fraternity members interviewed by police said they had heard the sex was consensual, although they were not in the room during the alleged encounters and are not accused of participating in the alleged assault.

We’re asking: When people who weren't there repeat the same version of events, what does that actually tell us about what they know?

⚖️ HALLE BERRY & OLIVIER MARTINEZ’S CUSTODY BATTLE

Halle Berry and her ex-husband Olivier Martinez are back in court after Martinez accused Halle of physically abusing their son during an incident at her home.

Martinez is seeking sole custody, while Halle strongly denies the allegations and says the incident was playful roughhousing that escalated — not choking or restricting her son’s breathing.
