Music is the art of sound that expresses ideas and emotions in significant forms through the elements of rhythm, melody, harmony and color. In a man’s fucked up world, it’s kinda hard being a woman. So in honor of Women’s History Month, we have enlisted four empowered females such as New York Girls TV’s Cameron also known as Mysha, singer-songwriters Crystal and Allison Soul, and celebrity photographer My Alexandra to take full control of our show. These HBIC’s are here to promote awareness on the various issues that surround them in hopes of bringing an end to the many disparities that women face all over the world, and most importantly to remind you that they are not your bitch!

In 2017, for the first time in music history, Hip-hop and R&B surpassed Rock and Roll music in popularity and sales. With the help of southern rappers "Trap music" has been the most dominating sound in today's music industry. Unfortunately, its infectious beat has drastically changed how we view Rhythm and Blues. Singers have now abandoned the traditional element of R&B to incorporate the heavy usage of synthesizers and drums machine beats. What happened to the smooth melodies of sensuality? And where are the authentic male Rhythm and Blues artists? Joining us on this discussion are past guests Producer/Engineer Sammayonthebeat and Singer-Songwriter Ashanta Denise as they share their thoughts on the current state of R&B music.
