Anti-Shelter In Place Protesters (majority white men) are expressing their faux outrage in the midst of a pandemic. They feel their liberty and freedom is being infringed upon.  While African Americans and other POC (people of color) shake their heads in disbelief watching white men and women compare shelter in place orders to slavery. This resonates with African Americans in this country because for centuries we have been and still are oppressed.  Take time to listen as my guest David Rogers and Peter Griffin weigh in on this topic

“When America catches a cold the African American Community gets the Flu” The racial numbers for communities affected by COVID-19 are coming in. Yep, and as you guessed it. The African American Community is being disproportionately affected by this virus 🦠

There’s a lot of stress and anxiety surrounding Covid. In this episode I’ll go over a few techniques to help ease the stress and anxiety we all are feeling during this time.

There’s a lot uncertainty, fear, and panic in the air. However, this is also a wonderful opportunity to create, innovate, write, record and become closer with your family. As we shelter in place remember to use this time wisely.

Covid-19 or Corona Virus 🦠 has seem to shaken the world. There’s a lot panic and uncertainty. However, I wanted to encourage someone with a brief message of hope.
