Today’s Promise: Luke 1:38

When God chose to fulfill his promise of salvation to the world, He didn’t choose a famous person or even a wealthy person to accomplish it. God chose a young woman from a no-name family living in a tiny little community.

God chooses the weak and the powerless to astound the world. You don’t have to be powerful or wise, rich, or famous for God to use you.

Mary’s answer to the angels is a perfect example of what our attitude should be. “God, I am your servant. Be it to me according to Your word.”
