Shit happens, years change, and so do plans. The Boys take a look back on their 2020, the show's 2020, and Animation's 2020, play a round of Saturday Morning Pitch, and then take a look at what's coming out in animation for 2021.

Happy holidays everybody! I hope y'all got a tip-yip roasting, some shi-shock fruit and some wroshyr lice syrup, and y'all best have those sacred orga fruit. Or I guess just some some boiled goose or whatever gets eaten on christmas. This week The Boys have watched The Lego Star Wars Holiday Special (2020), and Klaus (2019)! They also talk some about Jujutsu Kaisen and some My Hero Acadamia/Boku no Hero Academia.

Double check the power supply to your pedal board, turn your amps up to eleven, and get ready to rock into this week with the Acme Podcasts Inc. boys, as they take a look at Listeners (2020) and Kacho Oji/The Legend of Black Heaven (1999). Additionally, Lazar J rambles (big surprise) about guitars and The Boys manage the upkeep by looking at the two most recent episodes of Ducktales and then discuss its cancellation and Lazar J's pessimistic outlook on the recently announced Darkwing Duck reboot for Disney+.

Truth! Justice! Animation! These are the virtues we here at Acme Podcasts Inc. fight for on a daily basis. No, we're not super heroes, but we watched two cartoons about super heroes this week. That's right, this week The Boys are taking a gander at The Tick and The Incredibles! Before you go looking for your super suit and letting loose your battle cry, sit tight because The Boys also talk a little bit about Primal and Duck Tales in the Week and Upkeep segments.

This week The Boys are treading carefully to be respectful while talking about two wonderful-in-different-ways movies, Book of Life and Coco. They also talk a little bit about Kaiju No. 8, Lazar J introduces a new micro-segment instead of talking about his week, and we see the triumphant return of Lazar J's Stand [UHF].

The boys are coming in tired after their first Spoop Month, and they're more than ready to just sit back and engorge themselves on some candy, so they're taking the easy way out and talking about some personal favorites: It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown! and Scooby Doo on Zombie Island. They also have some fun talking about the early age of animation, some Loony Toons, some Tom and Jerry, and then they talk about some Animated Halloween Classics.

With Spoopy Times coming to a close soon, The Boys head out on their penultimate adventure this month. They've put a fresh baseball card in their spokes, greased their chains, and have donned their favorite puffer vests in order to head out and conquer Monster House and Paranorman this week. In addition to that, they also talk about Power Rangers, comic books, and a Very Funny video game review.

The Boys are joined this week by good friend of the show, KuiperNebula, to discuss two movies that he remembers fondly: Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet Frankenstein and Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet The Wolfman! That's right, we're back on those squeaky little music machines that Lazar J loves so much. They also spend some time talking about books they had to read in high school, reminisce about college papers of yesteryear, and have some fun talking about The Muppets for a bit. So sit back, grab some fun-sized candies, and strap in for this week's ACME PODCASTS INC!

The 2nd of Spoopy Month is upon us here at the old API podcast warehouse and we're working overtime to bring you our takes on the first three seasons of the Netflix animated series Castlevania! Before they can get to the meat, they've gotta eat their potatoes, and this is a weird metaphor because I just mean they've gotta take care of that upkeep they've been putting off and catch up with the three most recent episodes of Duck Tales season 3 as well.

It's Halloween time, baby! That means we're kicking off the second Acme theme month our boys have done! That's right, it's time for Spoopy Month! We're bringing you a new episode every Monday in October, and then a special BONE-us episode on the Spoop Master General Day itself! To kick it all off we're talking the first season of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, with special guest and Acme's Chief Jojo Liaison, Adrian. So (without being roundabout) sit back, pull up your biggest bowl of fun-sized candies and get ready for ACME PODCASTS INC!
