Today, Evelyn is going to share her experience with acne.
When acne showed up at the age of 17, Evelyn did not really know what to do, after realising her acne was not going away that easily.
Born in Sweden, she later moved to the UK for her studies and faced what we can call a cultural clash, and these social changes triggered even more acne.
But at that moment, Evelyn was not aware that mindset, moods and mental health in general could be so closely connected to the state of our skin !
Her vision of acne is very inspiring and this episode is a delightful invitation to cherish who we are, to embrace our flaws instead of feeling ashamed and alone.

Aujourd'hui, c'est Mandy qui va vous raconter son expérience avec l'acné et la maladie de Verneuil.
J'ai rencontré Mandy il y a quelque temps sur Instagram et son histoire m'a énormément touchée !
Mandy est une jeune femme incroyable, un véritable exemple de courage, de détermination et d'humilité.
Elle va vous raconter son histoire avec l'acné, puis avec une maladie de peau nommée Verneuil dont elle vous expliquera les difficultés que cela a entraîné dans son quotidien.
Mais Mandy a réussi à surmonter les épreuves de la vie, que l'on pourrait même qualifier d'extrêmes.
En prenant du recul, Mandy nous confie qu'elle a finalement énormément appris sur sa peau, sur les méthodes douces et naturelles, des solutions alternatives qui ne sont pas forcément évoquées aux premiers abords.... mais surtout, qu'elle a appris à se connaître et cela, c'est une chance incroyable !
Elle porte à présent un regard bienveillant et cultive force et gratitude.
Son histoire va profondément vous toucher et ne vous laissera certainement pas indifférent(e)s, il s'agit là d'un épisode riche en émotions !

Aujourd'hui, je suis ravie d'accueillir sur le podcast Kelly !

Naturopathe, c'est le métier que Kelly a choisi de pratiquer quotidiennement.

Ayant eu par le passé de nombreux problèmes de santé dont l'acné, Kelly s'est tournée vers la médecine douce pour laquelle elle s'est passionnée.
C'est en approfondissant les recherches à ce sujet qu’elle a enfin trouvé des solutions naturelles.

Adhérente à l’OMNES (Organisation de la Médecine Naturelle et de l'Education Sanitaire, Kelly exerce la fonction de naturopathe à Bordeaux, depuis 2013 et partage également des conseils sur sa page Instagram @naturopathekelly.

Dans cet épisode de la série "En conversation avec...", nous allons discuter du rôle primordial de notre alimentation dans notre organisme, à prendre en compte quelle que soit la cause de notre acné.

J'ai adoré l'énergie positive de cette conversation qui est une réelle invitation à écouter son corps, car s'il y a bien une conclusion que je tire de notre échange, c'est le fait qu'il n'existe pas de régime parfait et que chaque organisme fonctionne différemment.

Aujourd'hui, c'est Francesca qui va vous raconter son histoire de peau.
Ayant découvert le podcast il y a quelques mois, elle a souhaité partager son expérience sur son acné déclenchée par une maladie hormonale nommée le syndrome des ovaires polykystiques, aussi appelé SOPK.
Cette maladie, qui est un dérèglement hormonal, concerne beaucoup de femmes. Il est vrai que j'ai remarqué à plusieurs reprises que cette maladie est souvent évoquée sur les réseaux sociaux.
Francesca va ainsi partager des informations sur le SPOK, témoigne de son expérience personnelle et nous prouve par la suite qu'il est possible malgré tout d'apaiser son acné.
