Hey hey.... Funday Friday & we are talking sport!! Which ones do you like, watch, support. Which ones are you not a fan of. & as both Rich & Soph are BIG boxing fans we save this one till last :)  The usual weekly news round up & what happened in our week across the pond. Also we review the series Dirty John, which is on Netflix. To be honest we gave it a big 10/10.... Serious Sunday is back people....!! Firstly Happy Mother's Day as we are celebrating that in the UK today. So today gets real serious as we discuss the media & the impact it has on people. Is it good or bad? Rich feels some type of way about the Me Too movement & Soph gives her view on the Harry & Meghan saga.  How do you guys feels about the media & the paps?? Funday Friday & we are talking all things "reality TV".... Love it or hate it reality TV is featured on our screens a lot today, whether that be Married at First Sight, Big Brother or a bake Off. We chat about ones we like, ones we don't & ones we would consider taking part in (We can just see Rich now on Come Dine with Me LOL)....  Also is as usual a weekly round up of events & an update of the weeks news across the pond.  We have a competition running on our socials (Facebook & Insta) pop over, have a butchers & enter....

Serious Sunday & today's a tough one.... After a quick weekend round up we discuss grief & the loss of losing a loved one. Both of us share very personal stories about loss, how its affected us & how we deal with it.  We did go over our usual one hour time budget, however this was not a subject matter to be rushed or cut short.  Thank you to everyone who took the time to watch & listen. This episode was very personal, emotional & raw but as we say we always keep it real & 100 with you guys.

It is funday Friday & we are keeping it light hearted by talking all things Disney Films.... From which are our favourites, childhood memories & which ones we weren't to keen on. Rich is a Jungle book fan while Soph is the ever romantic backing Beauty & the Beast.
