Introduction:  I had the great pleasure of having Mike Bates on for the first half hour, talking about the Second Amendment Rally in Milton, FL this Saturday, but also a discussion of how Florida went from "The Gun-shine State" that led the way on concealed carry of guns, to the horrendously mistaken belief after the Parkland High School murders, that taking guns from good people, or siezing them from people on a mere accusation, will prevent murderers from murdering.  This disconnect is the sole justification of gun control, and it's irrational. Mike stuck around for a bit and was joined by Anthony, Pianki, and then Wendy for her Art Report. 41:00 - Take a look at the Action Radio Art Project on Facebook!  Wendy covered how to take part in art festivals today.  Look up Kathleen Johnson who covers art festivals in the South. 54:00 - Anthony Nunez gave The Technology Report.  Today, how your smart phone is making you dumber... 1:13:30 - This is where I start my rant on the main topic of the show, the omnipotence of District Judges and the exercise and obedience to the unconstitutional power of "Injunction" to overrule any law, decison, order, policy, regulation, or anything from the Legislative or Executive Branches and make them both do what some pissant judge decides on their own.  I covered a couple more articles, provided more evidence for my claim, and hashed out with Anthony and Pianki what this all means.

Introduction:  Doom and gloom, we're all going to die.  Social / Environmentalists said we'd all be dead by the mid-90's.  Well... Didn't happen.  Then I got onto this fabulous article on Generation z.  It's from a marketing magazine, so lots of product sales references, but the characteristics of the Generation Z folks is right on. 30:00 - Got into the Santa Rosa Creek Tribe Report with Chief Dan Sky Horse.  The Native Ways Festival is April 18th and 19th, a celebration of creation.  This will include pow wow drums, native flutes, lots of vendors, and more.  Then we got philosophical as we usually do.  And tree hugging works.  There is incredible energy in trees.  The question is, do you have to believe in the energy of trees in order for them to share their energy with you? 46:00 Ended Dan's report and introduced our newest report, "Into the Mind of Jadea" an exploration of the issues from Generation Z.  This was an amazing experience for all of us.  It was Jadea's first time on radio.  It was a report where I didn't know, or care exactly, where we went.  Jadea did exactly what I was hoping for - she was honest, open, direct, blunt, challenging, asked far more questions than had answers, made bold claims and statements, and what we thought was going to be a 15 minute report, was so fascinating and so much fun, Jadea stayed one hour and 15 minutes until the end of the show!

Mike Hill.  Catch it on our Action Radio page and on The Fetke Report, both on Facebook.  We talked about a bunch of things including the difference between a Republic and a Democracy. 33:40 - Shelby Frenette of Travel.Fun talks cruise and travel at this time.  Today we covered expectations of travel with price and value, particularly people wanting so much on a cruise but only want to pay ridiculously low amounts, not knowing the cost of providing an entire ship, crew, voyage, food, alcohol, tours, and more. 58:50 - ***  There are very few times I'm left speechless on a show.  Even fewer when my callers are as well.  In this hour we went over some amazing websites and articles, starting with "Do Members of Congress have Security Clearances," which, like the other websites of the Iranian American Political Action Committee, and the National Iranian American Council, are all on my Facebook page - Action Radio with Greg Penglis.  What was most startling to us was the blatant nature of the bragging of these Iranian political groups openly stating their direct lobbying activities and which members of Congress and the Senate are basically on their payroll!  You have to listen to the whole hour and share this show!!!  We need to get our information out and it takes you sharing the show to do it.
