***  Some very important poems were gone over in this continuation of the first show.  I stayed away from the needlessly war glorifying poems, or poems written by people with no personal experience, and again concentrated on those who where there for authenticity.  What I found is that war is war, the experiences are amazingly common, and those who do the ordering to fight are pretty far removed from those who actually do.  I was also generally appauled at the disregard for human life, and the eagerness to engage in conflict by politicians and governments, and a reticence to put more energy into other alternatives.  And then people have their barbecues.  I close the show with a recent article by Doug Macgregor talking about our future.  Who, how, and why, should we fight in the future.  I think based on the past, there are some serious questions for the future. ***  Now the fun begins.  The false narrative projected by the Democrats that Trump is a Russian agent (laughable) obstructing justice to cover his crimes (didn't happen) are now giving way to actual documentation of the real Russian collusion, bribes, uranium sales, false dossiers, bogus FISA warrants, and real spying on both candidate and President Trump, and I believe it all leads to Barack Obama as who authorized the spying, and that is who the Democrats are ultimately protecting.  Stay tuned for the documents!  25 minutes in we had our financial report with Derek Park, 30 minutes in the OMG! ***  Amazing discussion in the second hour with "Veterans for Cannabis."  We had CEO Josh Littrell, Chef Anthony Scaife, Adam Cummings, and J. R. Rucker in a panel discussion of all aspects of medical cannabis.  They shared their personal stories and traumas, and shared how they recovered, including the use of cannabis and a holistic approach and lifestyle.  This was a very intense show, so you must listen to all the stories and areas we covered.  This panel was brutally honest, especially with themselves.  We also had our regular reports with the Art Report with Wendy Arthur 30 minutes in, where the guest cancelled because we are a "political" show.  Who, me?  Michael Volpe had on Malinda Sherwyn talking about abuse at CPS and the family courts and judges in Arizona.  We are going to cover the rest of their story in the second hour next Thursday.  Josie, one of our regular callers, gave us an update on our abortion bill and the situation in Pensacola, some 22 minutes in.  I'm sure I'll have lots of interaction and shows with Veterans for Cannabis as this issue becomes more critical. ***  Interesting discussion involving NRA history, their history ot being "PRO-Gun Control," and a history of corruption and mis-used funds that really detract from the mission of the NRA which is sadly needed more than ever.  We talked about how the Left completely distorts and reverses the meaning of the Second Amendment, and how government at all levels violates it.  We need a powerful NRA, but for conservatives it's no where near as powerful an advocate of the Second Amendment as it could be.  We also had our Creek Tribe Report with Vice Chief Dan Helms 30 minutes in, and at 45 minutes in our new Vaccine Project Admin Bri Young from Hawaii who spent about 45 minutes going over many aspects of the vaccine problem.  Last half hour I talked through an article pointing out exactly how the NRA actually wrote and supported major gun control laws, from the 1920's to the 1968 Gun Control Act. ***  Karen Hoffman told us all about the origins of Q-Anon, and why people didn't have to worry about Trump, a coup, or any of the wars and deep state stuff rumored to happen soon.  That happened about 50 minutes in.  Shelby Frennette our Cruise and Travel Reporter had a great story on mad cow disease and stoppng into a Russian port.  You have to hear that starting some 25 minutes in.  Brian joined us in the second hour.  I started the show summing up the last couple of shows with us ending on Judicial Review.  I started talking today about the permanent war class, like John Bolton, and their love of war.  They wanted us still in Syria, in Venezuela, and now in Iran.  Those people are extremely dangerous.  I ended with how the Alien and Sedition Acts, particularly the sedition part, where journalists went to jail for criticizing the government, are just like conservatives today censored in Facebook for criticizing the Swamp! ***  Judicial Review, the power to "interpret" the Constituion and overrule laws, regulations, and policies of the Federal Governent, rests with the States, through State Nullification; passing laws refusing to honor unconstitutional federal laws; and with the People, through Jury Nullification; the ability ot the People through Juries to nullify unjust and unconstitutional laws which are tested at trial, and where the jury can acquit, not because the person didn't violate the law, but that the law itself is a violation of the Constitution, or is simply unjust, unfair, or otherwise flawed.  The 10th Amendment also reserves ALL power not given the Federal Government to the States, and to the People.  That especially includes Judicial Review.  Kevin Derby of FloridaDaily.com joined us 30 minutes in, and we continuted our discussion, Brian a caller joined in about 60 minutes in, and Michael Volpe our investigative reporter came in sometime in the second hour.  We covered a ton of ground starting with Kevin.  For a historical, constitutional, practical, and legal perspective, this is the show to listen to. ***  Part 2 of trying to resolve the abortion question, this time by explaining why we are in the legal mess we are in, because the Supreme Court gave themselves the power to "interpret" the Constitution, rule laws unconstitutional, instead of actions of the other branches of government, and when they wipe out an entire body of law across the country, continue the constitutional abuse by inventing the policy "they" want, to replace the law,"they" unconstitutionally overturned, and then impose "their" will on the country.  That's what Roe v Wade does.  It's also why it has to go, and the question of abortion go back to the States, where it belongs.  We had Derek Park our financial report 25 minutes in, Wendy Arthur with the OMG! Report 30 minutes in, and we even had a disgruntled liberal make an obscene phone call for which I sincerely apologize.  But it means we are upsetting more liberals, and that's a good thing.  The second hour contained one solution to judicial review, that being state nullification.  I'm going to pick up there Monday and continue the legal discussion.
