*** Judicial Review, the power to "interpret" the Constituion and overrule laws, regulations, and policies of the Federal Governent, rests with the States, through State Nullification; passing laws refusing to honor unconstitutional federal laws; and with the People, through Jury Nullification; the ability ot the People through Juries to nullify unjust and unconstitutional laws which are tested at trial, and where the jury can acquit, not because the person didn't violate the law, but that the law itself is a violation of the Constitution, or is simply unjust, unfair, or otherwise flawed. The 10th Amendment also reserves ALL power not given the Federal Government to the States, and to the People. That especially includes Judicial Review.
