Dr Gloria Horning has, very passionately, been fighting for the citizens of Escambia County for over 25 years.  Whether it be air pollution or water contamination, Dr Horning has been the voice for thousands.  She has produced award winning documentaries on social and environmental issues facing small communities in the south.  Dr Horning received her doctorate from Florida A & M University and has trained over 400 people in the CERT program (Communities Emergency Respond Team).

Stay connected by going to the "Action Radio with Greg Penglis" Facebook page:   https://www.facebook.com/radiolegislature/ Please share our show with friends and family at: BlogTalkRadio.com/citizenaction Check out our citizen written bills at:  www.WriteYourLaws.com "Open the Books" has expanded on a Government Accountability Office study questioning why the Obama Administration purchased with your taxpayer money, literally thousands of guns, billions of rounds of ammunition, and created thousands more armed officers than existed before.  Before that back in 2012 "Natural News" initally alerted us to the arenal and stockpile by the federal government.  Now, considering that all those agencies operate domestically, the only people those arms could be used against are the American people.  And given the recent events in a socialist country, a disarmed country, a country terrorized by a dictator who will do anything to maintain power, it appears ludicrous to leave such an arsenal at the federal government given the preponderance of socialists who now dominate the Democrat Party for a socialist President here to turn into a dictator who will do anything to maintain power.  Now, since low income folks have no "access to quality firearms and ammunition" because they are poor, they can not exercise their God given rights of self defense.  So my plan is to offer President Trump an Executive Order in which to transfer the unconsitutionally armed federal agencies guns to low income Americans where the arms belong.  I also offer Trump the speech in which to introduce this Executive Order.  My Bill of the Day is "Gun Stamps," a bill I wrote paralleling the Food Stamp program, as a way to distribute guns to low income folks.  Very controversial.
