Intro - The Rice Report.  Commentary from Milton, FL, City Councilwoman Shannon Rice.  Today we talked about Gov. DeSantis' latest unconstitutional piecemeal approach to re-opening Florida.  It's being done for "safety," yet government can never guarantee safety.  What is guaranteed are our Constitutional Rights, yet they are trampled throughout the entire government, and most Americans, being constitutionally ignorant, think wrongly that this is legal.  It's not. 30:00 - Dr. Peter Pry is with us for an hour of spy talk.  Once again I plan some stuff, and we just go into all kinds of new areas.  Mostly we were concerned this hour with the limitations on the "intelligence community," how they are corporate - offering one generalist opinion rather than specific options from different individuals - and how the Democrats have successfully weeded out the conservatives and replaced them with tree hugging, Cum Bah Yah, leftists, who work against America and for the intelligence community. 1:30:00 -  Citizen Legislative Update - with Anthony Nunez.  Much of our chat this half hour recapped some of the amazing points made by Dr. Pry.  After that we dealt with our Home Defense and Hearing Protection Act, which makes suppressors completely legal, so people don't have to suffer permanent hearing loss because they had to use a firearm to save their life.  Also from a consumer angle, guns have to be made quieter.

Marc Moreno of Climate Depot was Gregory's main guest.  Those two had a wonderful dialog together.  Other callers came on as well.  *** As the hour was ending, the most amazing news came from Gregory.  Due to the worldwide economic lockdown with Corona virus as the excuse, man made CO2 is at a greatly reduced rate of at least 25%.   Numbers still coming in.  But...  CO2 LEVELS ARE STILL RISING!!!  And -- despite the drop in man made CO2, the temperature isn't falling.  Which means two staggering new facts: 1. CO2 generation is independent of human activity. 2. Reducing man made CO2 has no effect on the temperature or the environment.  You won't find this on the news anywhere.  1:15:00 - John Hollman, Legislative Director of the Florida Republican Liberty Caucus joined me in the second hour after Gregory left, and we talked about various Florida legislation. 1:30:00 - The Second Amend ent Report - with Jim Dykes.  Jim covered the recent Supreme Court case out of New York on transportating firearms out of NYC.  New York passed a quick ordnance that made the lower court opinion moot.  Our "gun of the week" was actually a caliber, .22 rimfire, and all the pistols and rifles in that califber.

Flynn also. 1:00:00 - Main Topic, Guests and Callers.  Our guest was Loren Spivack, and we had an incredible conversation covering a variety of political as well as economic arguments, including why Leftist Nazis fought Leftist Communists, and how exactly the mechanism works in which freedom provides prosperity ***** Action Radio is the synergy of radio broadcast technology, the internet, the radio audience, articles, podcasts, news videos, state and federal legislators, the governors, and even the President, in an entirely new way to make our laws.  The citizens, us, we will write the bills, online, and on the air, for submission to the various legislators.  Then we will lobby our bills with as large an audience as we can build.

Today we talked about the failure of arms control, the fact that everyone else cheats, that our State Department is full of stupid people, and how we are in an incredibly dangerous position because of the failure of arms control, because we have failed to develop the weapons everyone else has developed and we are open to nuclear blackmail.  I questioned whether the Clinton and Obama Administrations knew that both Iran and North Korea had nuclear weapons when they made agreements to give billions of dollars and atomic technology to NOT gain the capability to create nuclear weapons. ***** Action Radio is the synergy of radio broadcast technology, the internet, the radio audience, articles, podcasts, news videos, state and federal legislators, the governors, and even the President, in an entirely new way to make our laws.  The citizens, us, we will write the bills, online, and on the air, for submission to the various legislators.  Then we will lobby our bills with as large an audience as we can build.
