The reason I am going live to explore West Papua, Financial Services and Modern Life is that as I continue on my personal dot-joining, curious exploration of systems, interconnection and interdependence, whilst doing so I am uncovering some troubling systemic weaves that I feel are important to share.  What seems like 'just business' here in the UK or in the Global North is having very real, oppressive impact in areas such as West Papua in the Global South.  

Worse still the realisation that my pension fund investments are DIRECTLY contributing to that oppression, as part of a so called ethical investment fund.

Despite the challenges of the ongoing pandemic, I was so pleased to be able to meet Pauline in REAL LIFE, a Brit by origin living in Las Vegas, USA, during the summer of 2021 in Brighton UK.  I have been really impressed and inspired by Pauline's work around the gender dynamics map over the past few years, but more than that, her caring, activist attitude and energy to truly help different demographics, humans, better understand themselves and one another.

I have had the absolutely pleasure to get to know Hung over the past couple of years and I am always inspired and impressed by Hung's desire to stay curious, to advocate for increased diversity, equity and inclusion and he curates a brilliant weekly newsletter called Recruiting Brainfood which has over 30,000 subscribers.
