Oh, good morning, friends. Um, the worst thing that could happen when making a podcast and editing a podcast happened, and that is that I had an entire episode ready for you guys, and I don't know what happened. It glitched. My program won't open it. It recognizes that there's a file there, but long story short, we have to do it all over again.

But hey, I like talking to you guys, so No problem there, right? So, uh, welcome to the 10th episode of Activist Collective. Um, it's our 10th anniversary. We've, our 10, uh, 10th episode anniversary. Um, every single time we make one of these, I get a little bit better. Um, I get a little bit more, um, functional. Um, and that is, uh, saying a lot for my capabilities.

Um, so let's get right into it.

So a lot has happened in the last week, as in weeks prior, it has just been an ongoing, never ending s**t show. Um, but something, uh, some news that's breaking this morning, if you haven't heard is, uh, uh, Trump and his cronies are forging ahead with their plan to relocate Palestinians. Um, this time they're reaching out to, um.

Three ,   📍 📍 three East African governments asking them to take in Palestinian refugees, uh, for resettlement. Um, they're asking, um, Sudan, Somalia, and the breakaway region of Somalia known as Somali, Somali, Somaliland. Um, it obviously has legal and moral. Um,  implications here, um, because all three of those places are wreaked with, um, violence,   📍 📍 um, and famine,   📍 uh, there are poor, these are places that  can hardly handle the people they already have.

Um, let alone the Moral issue of the Americans coming in and telling the Palestinians where they have to go. This is their home. This is their home and you're basically telling them Israel's won and get out of your country. Uh, this is unbelievable. It's unbelievable. Um, for anybody with a working conscience, you would know that this plan,

I don't have words. For how fucked up that is. Okay, excuse my French So that is still ongoing Donald Trump's plan Remember that AI generated video I showed you last week Like that's his vision He's okay with that that dystopian weird Vegas vibe I mean I And what can Americans do? Um, we tried to tell you not to do this.

We tried to tell them not to vote for this man. We said, if this man is the worst possible option and all they kept the third party voters in the, the, the pro Pally crew, which I hate to say it that way because it's not like I'm not pro Palestine, right? I've been pro Palestine from the jump from the very beginning.

Um, But anyway, uh, we told them he was going to do bad things and they said to us, uh, this isn't about Trump. You guys keep bringing up Trump. It is about Trump. It had everything to do with Trump. The goal was to stop this man from taking over the world with his, his ego. And they just didn't listen. They just thought they knew more than everybody else.

And now we sit here with, uh, Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu, uh, deciding the fate of Palestinians. And what if they say, no, what if they say, no, we will not go. This is our home, more violence, more bloodshed, more bombing. Probably it's sad, but let's move on.  

So, um, another federal   📍 📍 judge ordered thousands of federal workers that Trump fired, uh, to be temporarily  reinstated, uh, Judge James Brett Breeder. B R B R E D A R, uh, in Maryland issued a temporary restraining order against dozens of agencies, departments, and their leadership across federal government that had terminated workers as part of a reduction in workforce effort.

Um. This is a quote.   📍 📍 In this case, the government conducted massive layoffs, but it gave no advance notice. It claims it wasn't required to do so because it says it dismissed each one of these thousands of probationary employees for performance. That's a key word. Performance. Or other individualized reasons,   📍 📍 Brader wrote in his ruling.

On the record before the court, this isn't true. There were no individualized assessments of employees. They were all just fired collectively.  Now hours before that, um, a federal judge in California directed that the Department of Veterans Affairs The Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, the Interior, and the Department of Agriculture and Treasury offer reinstatement to thousands of probationary employees.

The Trump administration had terminated. The Justice Department filed a notice of appeal in that case. The order from Brader, Brader, It applies to 12 departments that have fired probationary, uh, workers, the Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce, Department of Ed, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, the Interior, Labor, Transportation, Treasury and VA.

It also applies to probationary workers who were terminated recently at the U. S. Agency for International Development. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Environmental Protection Agency, basically everybody that was fired gets to go show up at work today. That's what this says. Um, they were 17th to reinstate the affected employees.

So, maybe they don't get to show up today. today. Um, but they certainly, but they get to go back to work up by Monday. That's what this, that's what this is saying. Um, now the reasoning behind a lot of these, they say, is that the government itself doge as a whole does not have the authority to go into each individual department and start firing people in mass.

They just don't. Um, they're saying that, that firing needs to come from within the department. So, the Department of Education has to fire all of those employees and that has to come from, say, Linda McMahon, the wrestling wife. Um, and if they need to fire someone in the Department of Defense, that would have to come from uh, Pete Hogsbreath, or whatever his f*****g name is.

Um. It's going to happen. They're going to find a way around it. Um, Donald Trump will appeal this to the Supreme Court. Um, so, these people who are fired and get to return, I mean, do they even want to? Do they even want to go back and work under these conditions? I don't know. The people that go back are going to be scrutinized heavily, they're going to be tested, their, uh, loyalty is going to be tested, uh, they're already, if, if you're Kristi Noem, you're giving polygraphs to people, you, I mean, from what I've heard, and I have connections in places, I've heard personally that they are Questioning people's loyalty to Donald Trump straight up.

Are you loyal to Trump? Are you loyal to this administration? And if you don't say yes, straight up, you can't say I'm loyal to the country I work for. No, you got to say you're loyal to that man or you're out. Um, it's fucked up. It's frightening. It's really, really frightening. Um, but we'll see how long this, this lasts.

I'll be watching it like a hawk to see what happens because I'm very curious what the courts are going to do. The only saving grace for this country are the courts. Right now, uh, we've got two elections coming up on April 1st in Florida, one coming up in New York. Now, I believe we have one in Texas since one of the Democratic representatives passed away shortly after the State of the Union address.

Um, and we have a Supreme Court case pending in Wisconsin, or a Supreme Court election in Wisconsin coming up on April 1st. A lot of changes will happen around that time, and I'm hoping for the better. I'm hoping the people in Florida see what's truly happening, uh, and pull their heads out of their ass and go vote and vote for the Democrats to rein in some normalcy and bring our government back to a level playing field.

Anyway, let's move on.

ProPublica just released an article moments ago,   📍 📍 um, titled Parents Sue Trump Administration for Allegedly Sabotaging the Education Department's Civil Rights Division.  The class action lawsuit claims that decimating the agency's Office of Civil Rights will leave it unable to address issues of discrimination in school, violating the Equal Protection Clause of the Fifth Amendment.

Yeah, it does. I'm really glad to see, um, people are standing up and, and pushing back against all of this ridiculous horse s**t.

So this article says that the complaint comes three days after the education department notified 1300 employees, including their staff of, uh, seven of the 12 regional civil rights offices. Um, the complaint filed on Friday argues that the OCR abdicated its responsibility to enforce civil rights protections.

Um,

so they're suing Linda McMahon. And the Trump administration and the people suing, they just say two parents. But it's jointly with the two parents and the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates who are a national disability rights group. Good on them. Good on them. Uh, more, more of that please. We need to see more of that.

And speaking of education, um, did you all see Linda McMahon on Fox News? Um, they asked her a question about what programs would be protected or saved and she said IDEA. Uh, she was asked what IDEA meant. She said, well, I don't know, I've only been here five days or some s**t. She called it a program. Um, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, isn't that a program?

It's a federal law that protects, uh, children in schools with disabilities of all types. But here's the clip just so you can share in the secondhand embarrassment.

This is the s**t we're dealing with in this administration, putting people in high level positions where we need competency and knowledge and we need experience and he's putting people there that don't have these things. And that's, if that's not frightening you as just a normal American who, who. You know, expects that their government will operate and run smoothly.

I don't know, I don't know what would scare you. That, that to me is very frightening. That she would not know what that is and then claim, Uh, it's just my fifth day on the job. You should walk into that position knowing more about education than anybody else or not hold that title. But again, her job is just to decimate it.

She doesn't have to know anything because her job is to destroy the Department of Education. As with a lot of these people, you know, Russell Vogt being, uh, the head of the OMB is by design. His job is to help take apart all of these, uh, federal offices and then align them all under the presidency. That's that's the gist of project 2025.

You don't have to be a rocket science scientist. You just have to be able to close down and shut down a department. And I mean, anybody can do that. Pretty, pretty terrible. What's going on in this country? Um, if you haven't noticed, I'm sick. I'm extremely exhausted. It's been a very long week. Um, and I'm not the only one who's exhausted.

Everyone in my house is exhausted. Um, my kids, my kid has got a lot of work. A lot of extracurriculars. It's been up late. It's been a lot. So that's why my voice is a little more raspy. And I just I'm a little less animated, so I'm sorry if that turns you off, but let's move on.

So last month, um, the s**t stain administration sent out a memo to every school, every college in the country and said, if you don't get rid of your D I programs, you lose all federal funding and now 50 colleges. Are under investigation for possibly not adhering to this new rule of forced we're going to force you to be f*****g racist is what it is I'm going to force you to be racist Um, so the memo, um basically said, um, american schools could lose federal funding Um, if they don't get rid of their race based, race based preferences in admissions, um, or scholarships.

Um, students must be assessed according to merit and accomplishment, not prejudiced by the color of their skin.

Uh, Education Secretary Linda McMahon said in a statement, We will not yield on this commitment. B***h, you don't know your ass from a hole in the ground, let alone what DEI is or what it does. Um, basically, There is an organization, um, that these colleges partner with. Um, I'm trying to find, it's called the PhD Project.

It's a non profit that helps students from underrepresented groups get degrees in business with the goal of diversifying the business world. Um, and a lot of colleges partner with this non profit. Um, and basically if they don't cut ties with this non profit, they're going to lose federal funding. I mean, they're already withholding millions and millions and millions of dollars from black colleges right now.

Um, Just simply because they're HBCUs, because they're historically black colleges and universities, they're withholding millions. Tennessee, I think it's Tennessee University, Tennessee State University, they're owed millions, and without it, they could end up having to shutter up the college. Um, our school, our, school district gets away with keeping its DEI because the DEI isn't based in the school.

Um, it's based in the PTA. The PTA is the organization that is separate from the school and runs the DEI program. So that is one way of getting around that. But I don't know how they get around that for admission purposes. Um, we're going to be dealing with a lot of this reverse. Can it be reverse racism where they're saying, um, if you're racist towards white people, then we're going to punish you.

And that's basically what they're saying. They're sick of seeing black people, um, getting the help they deserve and need. And that's. Yesterday I made a video on TikTok and I said, um, that our government's being run by Nazis and white supremacists and the triple K and they're the ones pulling the strings.

They're the ones writing the policies. They're the ones puppeteering. So I feel like if we don't fight back on these things immediately, they're just going to get more and more egregious. I mean, I don't know how you could. It's it's already as fucked up as it could get in my opinion. I'm sure it could get more fucked up I shouldn't say that I shouldn't say that But let's talk about The continuing resolution that everybody is hearing about If you don't know what a continuing resolution is In this particular instance, I'm referring to the continuing resolution for our government's funding They have not been able to nail down a spending bill for years now.

We're going on more than a year and they just keep patching the, you know, the wound, putting a bandaid over it. Let's just push it down the road. Let's just kick it down the road. Um, and this time, because Republicans have a stronghold on our government, when they wrote this continuing resolution that is supposed to allocate funds to certain offices and.

Places like social security, not social security. I don't know why I say that. Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, um, FEMA, USAID would have been in there. Um, every, every office and group would be. Allocated their funding through this sort of thing and what they've done is they've said we're going to give 13 billion dollars to the military And then we're going to take the rest of this money and just say we'll put it where it got where it needs to go.

What? No, thank you. I don't want I don't want this government having Um, free will to spend my tax dollars as they see fit Um, and right now it passed in the House because they have more Republicans than Democrats. But when it gets to the Senate, Republicans don't have 60 senators, which would have been, you know, what they need to pass it without Democrats help.

Sorry, um, because they don't have 60 Republican senators. They need Democrats to vote for it to pass this bill or else it would shut down the government and that means no funding anywhere they go dark Until they can figure out what to do and We are urging our Democrats not to not to vote for this because it's frightening We don't know what they're going to do We don't know who they're going, who is going to suffer at the hands of this sadistic and sociopathic administration without direct funding, without it being said that this amount of money goes here to protect the people who have this or so on and so forth.

And right now the Democrats in the Senate are folding because Chuck Schumer. Who just the day earlier   📍 📍 was standing strong and banging his fist on the desk. We're not going to waiver. We're not going to vote for this the  next day. The, the very next day he was like,   📍 📍 eh, well, maybe we should. Because if we shut down the government, it gives Trump all this power.

What power does  he not have already? Do you know what I mean? Not doing that you expect he would do. This man is doing everything he wants to do, with or without the government in operation. And they just keep bending and bending and folding. And it's getting really tiring and, and maddening to watch.

They're not listening to us, they're not hearing our calls, they're not responding to our messages. So what, what do we do?

Um, now speaking of people in positions, uh, they have no, no right being in, um, when they went after the FAA, um, they stopped all hiring, um, they changed leadership. In fact, the guy who was leading the FAA quit because, um, Elon Musk. Basically went after him and said he was gonna get him fired. So that dude quit since Donald Trump has taken office There have been multiple plane crashes or incidents every single day Every single day and I know that these things happen and that they just don't get reported on but this is too much Just in the last two days there have been three catastrophic incidents in my opinion right now As I'm speaking to you, um, and it is the 14th of March at 1117 Eastern Time, they're reporting a plane crash in North Carolina, um, at North Memorial and Belvoir.

A single engine plane crash. Right now. That happened. Um, yesterday in Mesquite, Texas, um, a single engine plane crashed. I've got video for you of that. Stand by.

Now that's not counting all of the things that happened in January, in February, um, yesterday, um, an American Airlines Boeing 757 took off from, I think it was Denver, uh, they felt engine vibrations had to return   📍 📍 📍 📍 📍 📍 📍 and by the time they got to the ground the engines were on fire, uh, I've got a picture of that, those people were standing on the wing while the plane was on fire.

I don't want to play into any fears that, you know, things are worse now than they were last year, as far as aviation is concerned, um, because I don't believe that I ever watched that sort of news or looked for that sort of thing. So, it could very well be the same number of incidents, but everything that I've looked up shows that this is not the type of thing that is consistent.

You're not going to get consistent crash numbers in January of 2024 and 2025. It's so sporadic. Um, but I will say this more crashes tend to happen in the January, February months. Um, so I'll be keeping my ass on the ground in those months. That's for sure. Um, just be careful friends, wherever you decide to go, what you decide to do.

If you can drive, maybe that's a good option for now. Uh, knowing that Trump administration picks are in charge of your safety and that's frightening, that's, that's scary enough. No, thank you.

So, off of the topic of airplanes, and let's talk about, um, this pink triangle with the slash through it that Trump posted on True Social. This was a, the illustration for an opinion piece by a man named Jeremy Hunt. This is Jeremy Hunt. Jeremy Hunt is a West Point graduate, um, served in our military, uh, was deployed to Ukraine in 2016.

Um, but he is a far right conservative. Um, he, super manly type of guy, loves Trump, all that s**t, all that s**t, right? He doesn't seem to fit the, you know, normal appearance of what a MAGA looks like, um, but he still espouses the same hateful rhetoric and beliefs. The ad, the, the opinion piece was about.

Military recruitment ads, the difference between Biden's and Trump and Pete Hegseth's, Hegseth's. Um, apparently, um, they don't like that it showed that you could be gay and still be a badass in the military. Um, and that's what that article was about. It doesn't, I'm, I'm not, uh, trying to, um, undermine.

People's anger over it. I'm angry over it too. Um, but we have to consider the source. Donald Trump is a f*****g moron. The, the man who wrote that article is a hateful bigot. Um, and apparently gay people scare him. And Trump speaks in meme. He, he doesn't know how to address the people with any sense of or any form of intelligence or intellect.

He just posts s**t. Anything that pats him on the back, he's going to retweet or retruth. Right? Um, I don't even know that Donald Trump knows what that pink triangle is, to be honest with you. Everyone in the world knows what it is, but he's stupid, remember? Donald Trump is dumb. He's f*****g dumb. Um, we have to brace ourselves.

for the impact of this administration and what it's going to do to, um, the destitute American people. The gushing of our tax dollars from the lower and middle class up to the pockets of the wealthy is happening right now. They are draining us of anything we have left. Um, and so the American people, um, in the lower 99 have to start hoarding what little we have.

Um, and so we're going to see prices increase, um, especially for travel. You're going to see prices increase for things that are necessities, and we have to brace ourselves for that. It's just going to happen. And this all stems from just a hateful group of Nazis in the White House. And it's as fucked up as it is.

I don't see anybody doing anything about it. I just don't. Um, you know, I spent a lot of time reading up on, um, the civil rights era and how they did What they did the bus boycotts and things were so well planned They were laid out and planned people were taught how to take Someone spitting in their face without reacting out of violence They would you know for sitting at the counters.

They had to be prepped for Like they would pour hot coffee on them to prepare them For what it would feel like when they do this to you when you go and do these sit ins and these people prepared for a long time to make change and the American people today are weak and and privileged and There I can't see I can't see them doing this.

I don't see them going out and doing it I see the younger generation being able to do it. Sure. I Do but it's not just up to them. It's up to all of us To take part in things like this, and I'm just ready Just waiting for the group to say this is what we're doing I'm just waiting for them to I mean I am one person I Am one person I can try to get you guys organized to do this, but I Don't have the resources that some of these bigger organizations have like the ACLU You know what I mean That's who I tend to push, lean back on in thinking these are the peop this is the group that would do that.

This is the group that would be able to send out a mass email and say this is what we're doing, if you want to be a part of it, come along. Um. And I, I, I guess they're, I don't know if they're waiting for things to get worse. I don't know how they could get worse, but I think we're at a point here, we're at a stalemate where we're just going to watch it go down.

We're going to watch it happen. Um, if we spend, you know, the entirety of his reign, uh, screaming and doing nothing, it's all, it's all for nothing. But that's how I feel. Um, the American people gave up their democracy. They handed it over. Now, again, I have to preface that by saying yes, I believe that there was fraud in this election, and I can say that here.

I believe that Elon Musk had something to do with it. I believe that his Starlink had something to do with it. I believe that Russia had something to do with it. And I believe they're all in on it. I do. I believe they're all in on it. That said, there were still 70 million people who said, here you go. You do, you, you do this because we didn't like all that equality going on.

It's frightening as it is. Um, it's shown a lot of Americans, um, what's been going on. A lot of people have woken up and the collective is starting to look up. They're starting to look up. Um, so friends, I'm going to go, um, hit the couch and rest my eyes because I'm, as I said, I'm not feeling well. Um, I'm sorry that this.

 Good afternoon, friends. Welcome to Activist Collective. This is episode 9. Uh, lots to discuss. Um, I had to redo this, so this may come out a day late, and I apologize for that, but when I was, I actually recorded one before this, and when I rewatched it, I was a little upset with myself for the amount of f***s I used.

I was so angry, so I'm going to try to lower the tone. Okay, friends. Um, The reason that I do this podcast is because I can say what needs to be said. I can say things like Putin, and Russia, and Nazi, and, and I can swear, but sometimes I think my anger gets the best of me, and I say a little too many curses, and it might put people off, so I'm redoing this one today, um, in the hopes that I can keep my cool.

Um, I first want to discuss the giant elephant in the room, which is the Oval Office debacle with, um, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine. His entire purpose for being there was to obviously thank the American people and sign a rare earth minerals deal where that The United States could get from their land.

Um, and I'll remind you that, um, because of tariffs, China has, um, stopped the sale of certain minerals that we need to make all sorts of things. And, and that is probably what they're after in Ukraine. So when they pulled him into the Oval Office, uh, from what I hear, that was an unscheduled thing. That meeting was not on the list of things they had to do.

Um, the people that were behind the couch, the reporters, a lot were not reporters, but just people in the cabinet. Um, it was completely a setup and an ambush and done for the benefit of Vladimir Putin. Watching the President of the United States and his Vice President bully A wartime president of our allied country was not probably, not close to, it was the absolute most disgraceful thing that ever happened within the walls of the White House.

Um, I feel sick every time I think about it and every time I see a clip of it. Watching people around the world react to it, uh, with You know, real emotion, real raw emotion. Um, I don't think I'll ever be able to get over that. And when people say, you just don't like Trump because of the news and the media.

No friends, we, we see what he does. We don't have to watch the media. We can turn on the TV and see the horrible person that he really is. He is a horrible, no good, low life. He's a rich man with an enormous ego and the thinnest skin of any man alive. And that makes for a terrible combination when you are the President of the United States.

So, for anybody who watches me from around the world, in Europe, in Ukraine, in Canada, I want you to understand. that anybody who is not a cult member of the Trump cult feels sick and sorry, disgusted for what happened.

We're sorry that that man sits in the White House today. And I will tell you this as well. Very few of us actually believe that that was a legitimately won election. Elon Musk was involved. Starlink was involved. Russia was involved. Bomb threats were involved. Purging of voters from the voter rolls was involved.

Um, when people asked who were purged, when people who were purged asked for um, a provisional ballot, provisional ballots were cast out by the hundreds of thousands. The the presidency was called before like midnight, which doesn't ever happen never happens They had everything tabulated and counted listen.

I don't need to go through it. There is there's a group on YouTube and on tik tok And I'll try to put up the the name of that Pull it up for you. Hold please while I do that

Friends, the name of that group is called Election Truth Alliance, and they are doing phenomenal work. You can find them on, uh, TikTok now and as well as YouTube. Um, so they're finding some crazy things that I, I don't know if it's going to make you happy or piss you off to be quite honest with you. But what I do know is what happened that day, uh, on, on election day, uh, was the shadiest thing I've ever seen in my life.

adult life as a voting American, as a politically involved American. So again, the majority of America does not agree with what happened that day. We're disgusted by it. Uh, we stand with Ukraine, we stand with Europe, we stand with Canada, we stand with Mexico. We disagree with the terrorists. We disagree with all of it, all of it, all of it, all of it.

The majority of us stand with you. So please know that, um, and you have allies here, many allies here. I don't know what's going to happen from this point forward. I don't know how we go about protecting democracy. A lot of us are really pissed at Biden. I'll be quite honest. He was given the same immunity that Donald Trump was given in July of 2024, and he did nothing.

They started the No Kings Act law, and they couldn't get that passed. They used it to raise a bunch of money for the Democratic Party, but they didn't get that bill passed. There's no chance of that happening anymore. No chance. The only chance we have is reaching out to Republicans and getting them to have a change of heart.

Getting them to see that what they're doing is going to follow them and their families through their bloodline on to their, you know, their ancestors, their future ancestors for the rest of their lives. They're going to be known for this and what they're doing and they have to come to terms with that.

Are they okay with that? I know that Mike Johnson believes that he is a this is a calling from God and that's why he's here But for the rest of us and the rest of you Anybody who sees this you better find your backbone Your kids have to live here. Is this what you want them living in? I Digress let's move on.

Let's move on the State of the Union address. I will be uh transparent with you. I did not watch it and I didn't watch it because I feel I have PTSD from Donald Trump from January 6th and then again the the trauma of watching all of these horrible people get released from prison only for them to run around committing crimes getting themselves killed by the police I mean these people are bad people A lot of them got put away for their length of time because of their history of criminal charges.

Not just because of what they did on January 6th. Judges take into account your criminal past. And a lot of these people, most of these people who got jail time have violent criminal pasts. Which is why their length of, uh, time was so long, you know, their jail times were so long.

The State of the Union Address. Uh, very little time was spent on the economy, and that is because he doesn't know what to do and has no intention on doing anything with it right now. That's not in Project 2025.   📍 📍 You understand that he's following that to the letter. The people who tell him what to do, what to sign, what to type, what to get in front of, what to get behind.

The people behind that is the Heritage Foundation. They have a, um, a, a mandate for him that he must follow and it's called Project 2025.  Within that Is a 180 day playbook to fast track the most egregious of those laws and those mandates and that's what they're doing now, which is why Everyone's like what is going on?

Why is this happening so fast because of that 180 day playbook? They've they've got to get a lot done if they want to stay on track with project 2025

Anyway The State of the Union Address, he did not talk much about the economy because there's nothing planned for that. Um, the rest of it was just patting himself on the back. I do want to talk about the attendance of the people at, um, SO2, which Democrats did go. And this is, this is where I had to stop and listen to myself.

I got very angry and this is where I had to re record the whole thing. I've been watching online all day as Republicans, mostly over on YouTube, uh, hiding behind fake profiles, fake names, but they continued calling Democrats babies, childish, um, saying, oh, the bank of America's closed and they're pissed, honey.

Let me, let me, let me remind you of something. At every single so too that Biden did. Marjorie Taylor green and Lauren Boebert arrived looking like clowns, acting like clowns through the entirety of the address to the nation, standing up, yelling, jeering, shouting, booing, screaming liar the whole time. And should Biden have had her removed?

Yep. Yep. But Biden stood for democracy and freedom of speech and he allowed that dumb b***h to stay. And I'm saying it because she is a dumb b***h. But Al Green stood up and said, You don't have a mandate! And that was all it took. Get him out of here. And they took him out and he left. Willingly. So when I see Hakeem Jeffries going, I'm like, We're not gonna stand for this.

We need to stand strong. What are you talking about? You're not standing strong on anything, Hakeem. You guys are folding. Like, like, like a cheap suit. You're just folding. And, and, it's starting to get real hard for people like me and people who listen to me and my friends and my family who have been fighting for democracy for a long time.

Every single one. You made up problems that didn't exist in the world to piss yourselves off because you wanted to be angry. You created a world in your head that was in turmoil, even though the GDP rose every single quarter under Biden. Every single quarter. Inflation hit a high, he brought it down. Job growth every single quarter.

Before that, he had graduated from Harvard Law School, worked as an attorney, served more than a quarter century as a state lawmaker. He attended Trump's, um, So Too speech last night. Um, And then he had a medical emergency in the tunnel that connects the two and, uh, he died. I'm so sorry to his family. This is terrible.

That's absolutely sad. Um, and, I mean, let's get down to the business of it. This means we're going to have to have another special election and hope like hell that the Democrats win it. Hope like hell that the Democrats win it. So, um, if you live in his district and you have a yearning, a passion to run for office, If you're, um, a Democrat or an Independent, there's your opportunity to jump in.

Uh, very sorry to his family, he had suffered many health issues, uh, in his long life. He was 70 years old. Um, that's very sad. Um, our, our country is in turmoil. I don't think I even need to say that for you to understand the, the sadness that is enveloping this country. Watching our Republican counterparts, um, side with a man who has been a sworn enemy of the United States since forever.

Since literally forever. Watching them side with him and say, oh, he's not so bad. He's not so bad. Makes my blood boil. Now, I want you guys to also remember when you're online and you see comments like that. Many times, these are, these are bots. Um, I believe Russia got caught in another bot thing over on Twitter, if you guys recall, uh, last summer it happened.

They were, they were making the bot say, you know, whatever they wanted it to say, and it was a big joke, haha. But it doesn't stop. It doesn't stop. The Russian propaganda is only going to get worse from this point forward. So we need to be on our toes, educating people, making sure that when we respond to these things, we are not responding to it as it's a person, because a lot of times they're bots.

Um, I know that we're sad, friends. I know that we are in a place where our hands are tied. But the one thing that we can do Is to continue calling our Republican representatives and I say Republican because those are the minds we have to flip. We have to get them to understand what they're doing. It eventually will backfire on them as well.

So continue please calling your Republican representatives when they do these out and on that note you need to know that the Republican National Chairman forget his name now,   📍 📍 but he told all Republicans no longer You're no longer having in person town halls because they're being You know, you're being bombarded with Democratic operatives,  which is not true friends The people attending these town halls are Republicans.

Some Democrats, yes, but many are Republicans. These are in red, red, red areas. Democrats aren't driving a hundred miles outside into the country to come and talk to these people. These are 📍 Republicans from their districts concerned about the mass firings of veterans, of nurses, of, of people in the IRS, of, you know, stopping funding for farm aids and, and bills, and people are afraid.

And these are   📍 📍 really Republican voters, so they're not just pissing us off, now they're pissing off people who didn't think that this would hit them too.  Um, So, I want you guys to, to know that, um, we are in this together. No matter what it looks like, we do have each other. So, I always tell you guys to reach out and find community.

Oh man, this is terrible.  The VA's chief of staff, uh, Christopher Syrick, um, hold please, I'm so sorry, uh, Christopher Cyric told top level officials at the agency that it has an objective to cut enough employees to return to 2019 staffing levels that would be just under 400, 000 employees that would require terminating tens of thousands of employees after the V.

A. Expanded during Biden. Uh, to cover veterans who were impacted by burn pits under the 2022 PACT Act. The memo instructs top level staff to prepare for an agency wide reorganization

in August to resize and tailor the workforce to the mission and revise structure. It also calls for agency officials to work with the White House Department of Government Efficiency DOGE!

To move out aggressively while taking a pragmatic and disciplined approach to the Trump administration listen, I have never in my life Seen a president someone with smarts Cognitive thinking skills and the ability to reason. I've never seen a president just throw out blanket laws. No more of this!

Um, China is gearing up for, um, their retaliatory, um, tariffs on us. The stock market surged on Wednesday, today, after the Trump administration granted automakers a one month exemption from tariffs imposed a day earlier.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 550 points. Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt. Said President Trump has ordered the delay of auto tariffs after a request from the Big Three. The President is giving them exemption for one month so they're not at an economic disadvantage. Tariffs are expected to pose a challenge for automakers, many of which depend on supply chain.

Intertwined with Canada and Mexico. Uh, Trump said he held a call with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Wednesday, during which the two leaders discussed a path to U. S. withdrawal of the tariffs. Friends, the, the tariffs on Canada, I don't know how to explain how dumb that f*****g is. Really. Really. Like, for China, I'm not even trying to justify it, but I could maybe think of a reason for why he's doing that.

Point two percent? Point two percent? 2 percent of immigrants come through the United States via Canada. Point two. And the drug levels are even lower. This is just to be a dickhead. This is just to be a dick. To f**k over another economy, including our own. It makes zero sense to put tariffs like this on Canada with the reasoning that will take them off when you stop the immigration.

Or the illegal immigration coming through. The illegal fentanyl coming through. We just, the levels at which that is happening from Canada's border to ours is stupid. It's not, it's barely anything. A week ago, Trump alleged that illicit drugs such as fentanyl had continued to enter the U. S. through Mexico and Canada despite agreements reached last month to address the issue.

S. came through the southern border with Mexico. According to U. S. Customs, less than 1 percent of fentanyl was seized from the northern border of Canada. So, less than 1%. Do you see, none of this makes any sense, what he's doing.

With China, yes, a lot of fentanyl comes from there. It's coming from there, through Mexico. But they are doing something about it. It's not like they didn't answer his wishes. He absolutely did.

But what I can tell you is that even if Trump pardoned him on federal charges, he would still be serving for the state and he cannot undo those. He cannot overturn state charges. And, um, I decided that I, I, there was so much that had happened between the time that I had recorded it, and today, that I was like, I, I'm just going to have to do an entirely new episode, friends.

And, I, what's the purpose of this podcast? One, it's to say what needs to be said without being censored, right? It is to motivate a group of people. And to enable them with giving them the strength and, and, and the, what's the word I'm looking for friends? I want to give you,

I can't think of the word.

 I want to empower you. I want you to understand that as one person. It may be extremely difficult to get anything done, but even as one person, you can still be loud. You can still voice your displeasure with the current administration. You can still stand up for your rights and the rights of marginalized individuals.

As one person, you can be a voice for somebody else who doesn't have one. And I want to empower you to do those things. We have to live without fear. I'm not saying put yourself in harm's way where you are, you know, no longer a help to your family. What I'm saying is do what is in your means. But also, don't be a pussy ass b***h.

Stand up for your rights. You've had constitutional rights in this country for hundreds of f****n years, and we're gonna not, we're not gonna let some fat, orange, puckered a*****e take them the f**k away from us. Even if it's just To start with two people where you discuss what's going on, the political crisis, the constitutional crisis we find ourselves in, we, we meet and we tell a friend who tells a friend who tells a friend and we bring more people and the next thing you know you've got an entire f*****g little army of people who joins the army of people in the town over.

It's got to be done this way. It's got to be done this way. Organizing online friends is a good way to do it, but you've got to take the conversation off of digital platforms. When we give them the tools to follow us, watch us, hear our plans, watch what we're saying, um, then we invite them in, okay? So please, someone, someone out there has got to be the person who starts it in their own community.

Each community, every single one. If you live in a small community, join two communities. Do what you got to do. Um, In the news, in the news, uh, 21, 21 of the government's smartest, uh, techies sent a resignation letter, um, saying that they wouldn't use their talents to, um, Basically, f**k over the American people.

I shared this note with the Washington Post team this morning. Quote, I am writing to let you know about a change coming our way to our opinion pages. We're going to be writing every day in support and defense of two pillars. One, personal liberties and free markets. Go figure. Free markets? How else would you have your almost trillions?

Um, he says, we'll cover other topics too, of course, but viewpoints opposing the two pillars will be left to be published by others. So, uh, Jeff Bezos is telling you what your opinion should be. Um, they're opinion writers, David Shipley, you know. Um, but let me finish reading. Um, there was a time when a newspaper, especially one that was a local monopoly, might have seen it as a service to bring to the reader's doorstep every morning a broad based opinion section that sought to cover all views.

Today, the internet does that. So apparently he doesn't feel like, he doesn't feel like he has to do that anymore.

Oh, is this f*****g real life, you guys? What the f**k? He says, I am, but Of America and for America. It sounds very nationalist of you, Jeff, and proud to be so. Our country did not get here by being typical, no. We struggled to get anywhere because the top 1 percent has been hoarding the wealth and everybody else below you is struggling.

We aren't anywhere, b***h. Who the f**k do you think this country is? We are a third world country if it weren't for the paved streets and, and people just barely scraping by. America has done a very good job of allowing people to just barely f*****g scrape by. We have no, uh, you know, no medical anything nationally, like more developed countries do.

We're just a third world nation f*****g gilded with, with Um, I don't even know, you know, Amazon packages. Anyway, he says more, there's a lot more. He says, um, And a big part of America's success has been freedom in the economic realm and everywhere else. For who? Again, Jeff, I'm sorry, I can't, I have to keep cutting it off.

Who? Not everybody has the same opportunities that Jeff Bezos have. And I know that they continue to tell you that they do, but they just don't. People just don't. The black community don't have the opportunities to go to college the way that you motherfuckers did. Okay? They don't have the opportunities to shake hands with millionaires and billionaires who are willing to fund your venture capital.

Nobody wants to do that for black people, you a******s. Um, so he continues, uh, freedom is ethical. It minimizes coercion and practical. It drives creativity, invention, and prosperity. Let me reread that. Our country did not get here by being typical and a big part of America's success has been freedom in the economic realm and everywhere else.

It won't be easy and it will require 100 percent commitment. I respect his decision. We'll be searching for a new opinion editor. To own this new direction.

Uh, he was recruited in the eighties, uh, at a point when the KGB was trying to round up American businessmen to get their foot in the door in the West.

Um, and he was recruited and given the nickname Krasnov. This is a pivotal time in Donald Trump's life. This is a well known fact. This is not something made up. Um, he did meet with the KGB in St. Petersburg and he was, um, buttered up pretty good. Oh, you're such a rich, intelligent, smart man. I don't know why you're not running that country.

Why aren't you in politics? You should be involved in politics. And it was from that point forward. That he started making very close friends with the russians russians who rented Building space from him in new york at trump tower. It started being called the laundromat Trump tower in new york was called the laundromat because that's where a s**t ton of money was laundered Um donald trump is a crook And how they haven't caught him up to this point is beyond me.

I would say they haven't worked hard enough to do so Um, but it's very true. Donald trump is a russian asset and he owes He owes Putin a lot. He owes Putin a lot. Um, and to the degree, um, for which he owes him about the election, I don't know. Um, but, uh, Putin certainly is, is saying that he owes him for the election.

And the bomb threats they called into the polling locations, um, certainly seems that Donald Trump would owe him for that as well. Um, Donald Trump is a Russian asset and, um, that is not a point you can argue against. It is clear as day. And if you're arguing against the fact that he's a Russian asset, then you are clearly lying to yourself.

Okay. Um, now there's literally nothing we can do about that, but again, to continue educating the public, continue educating, read from the book to them, send them articles, send them things that prove that this man is, is everything we're, we're saying he is, he's a danger to this country, our freedom, our finances, our future, our future.

I'm guessing sometime end of week or next week Because that's how they work so Here's what I need to say about that. They're going to try to change history. They're going to try to change information They're going to try to tell people what they can and cannot learn. You're seeing this take place in Ohio Where they're trying to pass a law that colleges can't teach climate change.

They can't, in writing grants They can't say things like gender. They can't say biological. Some say you can't even say the word woman and Articles were shown to prove that this is true. Um, they are going to erase anything bad that white people have done They've been trying to do that for a millennia They've been trying to stop people from knowing about the horrible things that white men have done to the native community to women and to the black community And yet it continues So we're going to have to keep talking.

We're going to have to keep teaching our children the truth about history Um because White men write history, friends. The winners get to write history. So, all I can say is we have to keep, we have to keep fighting so that in the end we're the winners. Okay, um. I want you guys to make sure that you are talking to your friends and family about the elections coming up April 1st in Florida.

It's, it, this is imperative. Freedom hinges on Florida, um, right now in New York in a few short months after that. Um, So it's important that we keep talking about the first district. Gave Allamont is running as the Democrat and in the sixth district of Florida, Josh Wheel is running as the Democrat in that district.

Donations to them, um, are always welcome. Spread the word. If you know people who live in these districts, talk to them. Try to change their minds. Show them the facts. These people are about to Put people on Medicaid out on their asses. They're not going to have anywhere to turn

Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, it's all going to be shrunk Astronomically, and if they think that they're going to be spared because they voted for him, they would be mistaken Okay, so it would behoove them to put part country before party. So keep talking about that and Lastly friends. I really really need you to Do what I asked you every single time which is to reach out and form community with the people around you You can set this up either in Facebook groups or you know, there's that next door app You can it can just be you know, how AA does meetings every week at 12 noon in a church basement It can be in your basement.

It doesn't matter. Start reaching out. Word of mouth. Get community because we're going to need to lean on people. You may have something that they need. They will have something that you need and so on and so forth. And you create this web of strength, okay? And you connect to somebody else in another city and you now have two webs of strong.

Um, activists connected and it just keeps happening like this and it's important that we do this So I want you to get on that today Uh find a friend and do it together if you're a shy type of person, but we need to start doing that asap Um, i've been looking in my community to see if there's something like that Um, and I haven't seen anything.

I don't even know what I would call it. It would be probably something like I don't know I don't know, I'm not that, I'm not that, uh, creative off the cuff, but I would come up with something that was catchy that brought, caught only the attention of the people I wanted the attention caught by. So Reach out, find some, some community, and make good trouble, cause good trouble, show up at the protests.

Refuse to leave, refuse to be tossed out, refuse to be treated poorly, refuse to have your, your rights violated and stepped on. Good trouble. Good trouble. Uh, one of the biggest forms of protest you can do right now is get your tubes tied and get your, your, get a vasectomy. Do not give them the babies they desperately need.

 So, yesterday, which was Monday the 18th, 📍 AOC threatened Trump's Borders czar Tom Homan to go ahead and pursue an investigation into her, uh, because what she did apparently was against the law when what she did was she hosted a couple of webinars for her constituents Uh, who might be undocumented, um, to know what their rights are.

And that, that's what her job is. That is exactly what her job is. Anyway, let me read this to you. On Monday, AOC dared Trump's immigration czar, Tom Homan, to pursue an investigation against her after he attacked the New York Democrat in two television appearances. He said he has asked the Justice Department to look into whether she violated the law by holding a webinar, informing constituents of their rights, fascism.

Do you hear this? This is fascism. When your own elected representatives. Are being investigated for advising you of your constitutional rights. Here's what AOC said. 📍 This is why you fight these cowards. The moment you stand up to them, they crumble. AOC, uh, wrote on social media after Homan, uh, blah, blah, blah.

He called her the dumbest Congresswoman ever elected to Congress in an interview on far right network Newsmax. The resort to a personal attack. said the New York Democrat shows that Homan has nothing. The Fourth Amendment is clear and I'm well within my duties to educate people of their rights. He can threaten me with jail and call me names all he wants.

He's got nothing else. Less than an hour later, AOC wrote, Go ahead! in response to a separate interview in which Homan told Fox News host Sean Hannity that he has asked Deputy Attorney General to examine whether Uh, the webinar amounted to teaching people how to evade ICE arrests. Let the people see you for what you are, Ocasio Cortez wrote in a response.

Good for her. I'll try to show you those pictures. Um, Sorry, I'm just reading, um, ICE does not have the right to enter your home without a valid warrant signed by a judge, reads a flyer produced by AOC's office, a message that was echoed during last week's webinar. Days after the webinar, Homan said on Fox News that he sent an email to the Deputy Attorney General asking if she was impeding the enforcement.

Maybe he can learn to read. The New York Democrat wrote in response, the Constitution would be a good place to start. I fucking love her. She's great. Um, I think that with what's going on right now and the fervor. Um, with which people want to do something that if AOC were to run right now for president, I think she would win.

Her or Jasmine Crockett, either one, either one. I mean, I know they're considered junior, I believe in their positions, but I don't think that matters. One iota, not one bit. Um, but I want you to notice the fascist steps these people are taking. First, you know, just going into homes without warrants, ISIS, threatening people, uh, you know, to be investigated for teaching people about their own constitutional rights.

Jesus. The president telling the people that he can do whatever he wants as long as he calls it saving the country. Man, we are fucked if the people don't rise up. That's all I can say. They arrested a young girl high school girl who had a plot to shoot up her school pause while I retrieve the information.

Trinity Shockley planned on shooting up her school apparently, um, because she idolized school shooters. I mean, this girl was out of her mind.

Obsessed with Nicholas Cruz. Uh, that's the person who opened fire at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Uh, and killed 14 students and 3 staff members. And she idolized this person. She, in fact, uh, had the names of their children picked out. She wanted to marry this f*****g creep. Um, just crazy.

Just what is going on in this country. Um, so, yeah, that's Trinity Shockley. And she was arrested by the Morgan County Sheriff's Department. And, excuse me again, that tip was called in. Um, because the, uh, Sandy Hook Promise tip line provided that information. Uh, so, remember friends, if you hear something, say something.

If you see something, say something. Um, the tipster said that, uh, Shockley was their friend planning an attack, had access to an AR 15, and had just ordered a bulletproof vest. When they raided Shockley's home, they found all of those things to be true. All of those things were true. Absolutely just dumbfounded at what's going on in this country.

And we have politicians who just don't care to do anything about it. They just don't care to f*****g do anything about it. Um, let's switch topics here. Um, the State Department has decided that they now want to buy 400 million dollars. Worth of armored Tesla vehicles. There was a whole lot of blowback from people in all on all sides of the aisle They were like, wait a minute We're here to find fraud and waste and here you are wanting to buy four hundred million dollars and Armored cyber Tesla's or whatever the f**k they're called.

It was the next day That they changed the wording in the documents from armored Teslas to armored electric vehicles. They're just gonna Vote your rights away because they don't want to lose their jobs in the next election. Gary Peters, however, has decided to step down. Not step down, but he's not running again. Okay, so that means there's going to be a seat opening up in 27? Yeah, I think, maybe 28. He's just got a year or two years left.

Um, so there's going to be a Senate seat opening up. That we will have to fight like hell for because let me tell you, Alyssa Slotkin, she won by the skin of her f*****g teeth in this state. I'm talking like a half a percentage point. She barely won. Um, I feel like if we had given, uh, Hill Harper a chance, I feel like he would've won.

She was on it. So was Bondi, Pam Bondi, like before all this. These people were on the board of the Kennedy, uh, Performing Arts Center. Anyway, so he got rid of everybody he didn't like, brought in a whole bunch of Republicans who then voted him as the president. President, I guess, of the President's, the President of the Kennedy Center, um, and now he has said that anything that is, um, like trans or, or, um, drag, any, any of that type of, um, performance is no longer allowed at the, uh, JFK cultural whatever center.

The only person so far to cancel their shows, um, was a, an actress writer named Issa Rae. Uh, because of this whole, uh, coup of the JFK Center for Performing Arts, that's the name of it. She pulled out, she had a sold out show. She said, nope, give everybody back their money, I'm not f*****g doing it here. Boss, right?

We need to Fill city blocks. We need to show him that he cannot steal our constitutional rights from us. But right now, what it looks like to him is he most certainly can because nobody's doing anything. The Democrats aren't doing anything. The independents are talking, but they're not doing anything. And the people are not doing anything.

So there's uh, everybody's got a plan to protest. Everybody's got a plan to protest. Boycott something. Everybody's got a plan. It's gonna be a long four years if we are, uh, you know, just, you know, puzzle piecing this s**t. Do you know what I'm saying? A protest here and a protest here and a protest there and a boycott here.

What is that doing? It's satiating, uh, satisfying your Inner desire to cause good trouble a little bit and yeah, you showed up and we showed out and But it's not we need to gather all at once all at once friends We can't just do this Little bit here a little bit there s**t. We've got to set a date and we have got to march on Washington I said it.

I'm not saying insurrect anything. I'm saying a peaceful protest, exercising our right to freedom of speech. That's what we should be doing. It's our right. It's our right as Americans to do this. Every time I get a news alert on my phone, I'm like, what the f**k else could there be? What the f**k else?

Let's see. Donald Trump just signed another executive order stripping funds from schools requiring COVID 19 vaccines. So if there's a school that requires COVID vaccines, he just pulled your funding. That just came across my feet. Okay, from the hill, that's a new one. That's a new one. I Mean, I'm getting them every second every second something new What's this one?

Let's see. Oh Let's talk about this last Friday a week ago Nazis gathered at Lincoln Heights in Ohio a small town in Ohio and They were dumb They went into a predominantly black neighborhood, showed their f*****g nazi flags, and they got their asses stomped. The community showed up carrying cans of f*****g vegetables and they were chucking them at them.

They chased him off. They chased him off. They stole their Nazi flag and f*****g burned it. And then there was a jeep nearby that belonged to one of the protesters. And they slashed the tires and they busted out the f*****g windows. And, uh, related to that story is this one. After the event, after the Nazis Clamored back into their f*****g U Haul.

Why don't they all get carbon monoxide poisoning from being back there? God, I wish they would Suffocate and f*****g die back there anyway After the neo nazis gathered into the back of their U Haul a police escort led them down the freeway To an off ramp, okay Where it dumped them off into the park?

Not dumped them off. He chose this, this location into the parking lot of a school district friends. It dumped them off into the parking lot of an elementary school, TK through 4th grade, Laughlin School District. What that means is that. I don't know how many men were back there, anywhere from six to a dozen, right?

Men in the back of a U Haul armed with AR 14s were sitting outside the doors of an elementary school. And the cop from Evendale, and they're calling it Even, not Evan, it's Evendale, took them there. And then the cop got out of the car and The cop got out of the car, talked to them, and then they both parted ways.

But, this was at 3 o'clock, and the U Haul didn't pull off until 3. 04, and the bell rang for that school at 3. 05. Can you imagine if that was your kid knowing that a bunch of Nazis were in your parking lot? The Evendale Police Department should not have done that, number one. Led them there. But two, they should have notified somebody.

They didn't notify the sheriff. And everybody's pissed. The school district wants answers. Um, so, that's in the news. That happened.

Okay friends, I was about to wrap it up when I just got a breaking news alert, uh, this one's from the Huffington Post, Treasury. Huffington Post is a good media outlet for you guys. If you don't have that one, get it. Anyway, uh, Treasury Watchdog begins audit of DOJ's access to government payment systems.

I'm gonna read it to you guys because Um, well, it's what I do. I'm sorry. I'm kind of out of it today. Um, I am who I am, right? Uh, and that's just what we're gonna do. Okay. Anyway, the Treasury Department's Office of Inspector General on Friday said it was launching an audit of the security controls for the federal government's payment system after Democratic Senators raised red flags about the Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency team.

The audit will also review The past two years of the system's transactions, as it relates to Musk's assertion of alleged fraudulent payments, according to a letter from Lauren J. Skirba, Treasury's Deputy Inspector General, Apparently she wasn't fired. I don't know. Weird. Um, the audit marks part of the broader effort led by Democratic lawmakers and federal employee unions to provide transparency and accountability about DOJ's activities under President Donald Trump's Republican administration.

That was a lot of words. Uh, the Musk team has pushed for access to government computers and sought to remove tens of thousands of federal workers. Here's what she said. We expect to begin our field work immediately. Given the breadth of this effort, the audit will likely not be complete until August.

However, um, We recognize the danger that improper access or inadequate controls can pose to the integrity of sensitive payment systems, and as such, if critical issues come to light before that time, August, we will issue interim updates and reports. Thank you. Here's the important part. Tech billionaire Musk, who continues to control Tesla, blah, blah, blah, claim, uh, says that they are finding waste, fraud, and abuse, and providing savings to taxpayers.

Many, all, of his claims are unsubstantiated and or Exaggerated, but there is a risk that his team's aggressive efforts could lead to the failure of government computer systems and enable Musk and his partners to profit off of private information maintained by the government. Uh, the audit would overlap with increased pressure that the Trump administration is placing on inspectors general, presidential appointees who are supposed to serve as an independent check against mismanagement and abuse of government power.

Uh, In January, he fired, um, a bunch of them. Um, so I don't know how this one didn't get fired, but, um, This is, uh, good news. This is the first good news we've gotten in, in a while as it relates to all of this. Hopefully, Trump and his f*****g a******s don't interfere with what's going on here and try to shut it down.

Um, if they're not doing anything wrong, let the people find that out. If you are doing s**t wrong, then you, then you shut s**t down and you block people from seeing what you're doing. You are not, you are not a king, Donald Trump. You and, and your f*****g girlfriend, Elon, you are not kings. You are not queens.

You are, you don't own us. You don't own democracy. You don't own this country. And we will fight to the very death to keep it that way because we live here. We live here. Our ancestors fought and died for freedoms that we possess today that you are trying to dismantle and I'll be dipped in s**t you fat orange motherfucker if I let you take it away from the American people without a fight.

Um, I wanna talk about, um, this thing called a a, a Gish gallop or whatever it is. Um, this is a term that we've been, uh, discussing for probably about a year now. Um, and it's making, its its way around. Um, in the circles again, and basically what it is, is just flooding the system over, overworking the system.

It, it is to overwhelm you, make your head spin, make you feel like you are powerless to make you feel, um, overwhelmed and emotionally drained. And it works, friends, it works. And they know it works. A lot of the things. That he is doing a lot of his executive orders, uh, can be chalked up to, um, performance.

Okay. But some of them are frightening. Donald Trump cannot legally ban transgender people from the United States without a congressional approval. Donald Trump cannot freeze funds that Congress has already spent. Um, Donald Trump cannot create new laws to protect Christians more than anyone else at the stroke of a pen.

These are things that he is doing to overwhelm you, to make the idiots in his voting base think that what he's doing is, you know, working. Okay. So please understand. That a lot of this is to make your head spin, and it does work, but we've got to take a step back and try to see if our democratic process is going to be able to save us.

And if it can't, well then, we hit the streets, friends. I can say that here. We, we, we organize. We mobilize. And we protest and we protest day in and day out. And I feel like it's hard to say, do that when we know that even if he's removed, JD Vance is going to come in. But I will say what I said in a video, um, a couple of days ago, if we can get Republican senators and congressmen to see the light.

By telling them, here's the thing, friends. So let me take a step back. If you consistently call your senators and you tell them or your Congress people and you tell them, look, MAGA morons, you are literally fighting to eradicate your own jobs. You are fighting to make your job non existent. So why are you fighting so hard?

Do they think? That Donald Trump, after all is said and done, if the Congress is eradicated, that Donald Trump is going to point at them and go, you, I want all 250 or whatever of you to come with me and I'm going to make sure you're paid for the rest of your life. That's never going to happen. Look what he did to Rudy Giuliani.

That man was hung up to dry, put away wet. I mean, by Donald Trump. And he literally ruined his life for that man. Rudy Giuliani gave up his entire life for that man. So, it will be on us to make sure that the Republican congressmen know that they're, they're fighting to end their own jobs if they keep this up.

So it would be in their best interest to fight for democracy instead of fascism and plutocracy. So, back to my original thought. If we can get enough Congress people on board with this impeachment to change laws, to secure things, um, then once Donald Trump is out, I would think that JD Vance would see that we aren't f*****g around and we are going to remove you too, if you try to usurp the law.

Um, and, and, and eradicate the middle class and, um, all of the above friends. We have to stay on top of our senators and it's important that we stay on top of Republican senators too. I know it feels like I don't want to f*****g call Marshall Blackburn's office like f**k that b***h. I don't want to call and, and talk to, uh, Kennedy I don't want to call and talk to Tom Cotton but you gotta and you gotta make sure you tell him you sir or madam better see the error of your ways very soon or you will not have a job your reason for coming to work every day will be gone so Let's, uh, gather together.

Let's make sure that we're doing what we are capable of doing on our, on our own, in our own homes, at our own time. And, uh, do what we can. Pause.

The next thing I would like to discuss is, um, Donald Trump's blatant assault on the media. Um, he said he would do it and he's doing it. Um, it even started before he was inaugurated. Um, when Kamala Harris was on 60 Minutes, she also was on Face the Nation, right? But at some point, Donald Trump and his cronies claimed that her 60 Minutes interview and her answer about Israel was doctored.

Um, and because of this, um, Donald Trump claimed that's the reason he wouldn't go on 60 Minutes. And so he pulled out of the 60 Minutes interview and tried pressuring CBS to release the raw footage and transcripts. And CBS, rightfully, Said that's an assault on our first amendment rights. We don't have to hand you anything And then Brendan Carr was made to be the chairman of the FCC Once Donald Trump was inaugurated Brendan Carr pressured CBS yet again to release those transcripts in the raw footage and CBS bent the knee.

They're like, okay fine. Here you go, and they released the raw footage on Monday And the transcripts to the FCC. Brendan Carr tweeted out, there'd be a full investigation, the world will know, blah, blah, blah. And CBS replied by publishing that raw footage and transcripts, uh, for everyone to see. Um, I believe if you go to their page, it's somewhere on there, but it's, it's not, it's unremarkable.

Nothing happened. Um, you know, just as CBS says, we often edit videos for time, for clarity, to cut out stuff that's not important, and um, if anything, that's all that they did, and they are not guilty of doing anything wrong, and I stand by them, and I don't like them, I don't like CBS, I don't like any legacy media outlet, but I stand by them on this, um.

This is just, um, a representation of what will be going on as he moves through his presidency. He's going to go after everybody who said anything bad about him. Um, he's already going after PBS and NPR. PBS and NPR are, um, Funded by the viewers, they get this much money from the federal government, but because they get any money from the federal government at all Donald Trump feels he has the right to verbally assault these these media outlets And so there's a full investigation into NPR and PBS now I mean,

I don't know what to tell you. Oh, hold, please

here are the things you can do. Um, keep calling your, your senators, if it's a Republican senator, you want to keep reminding them that if they continue down this path, they are going to quite literally be fighting to eliminate their own jobs. Um, it makes no sense to, um, pledge allegiance to, um, a fascist dictator when you swore an oath to uphold, um, and defend a constitution, um, democracy and freedom.

Um, keep reminding them of that. Get a letter writing campaign going. Dump a hundred thousand letters on his desk on a Monday morning You guys can call your Democratic senators urge them to continue following the Democratic plan Which is to vote no on every single thing that they do hold up the process slow down the process Urge your friends to become activists alongside you And remember if you go to protests Watch out for the agitators.

Uh, Matt Maddox showed up at the one in Lansing trying to get people, uh, to get pissed off at him. And that's what he and his wife, Meeshawn, do. They, they see liberals and they wanna, they, they lose their minds. They, they're untouchable. These people have done so much criminal s**t. Um, so don't let these agitators get your ass tossed in jail.

They're not worth it. You would be doing them a favor. So be Be careful. Um, make sure you're calling the Democratic National Committee. Uh, you want to speak to the chair and the vice chair and you want to tell them both. Um, you know. Make sure that your Democrats are staying in line. I wanna know what you're doing.

Make sure that you're talking to the public. Tell them to talk to the public. Quit keeping everybody in the dark. They have the opportunity to go live every day and have every media outlet there listening. Tell them and urge them to do that. Uh, the more people are informed, the better. Um. Make sure that they are including, uh, social media people.

And while I expected this, We knew it was coming. What I am more f*****g livid over is the fact that our very own Democrats, the people who told us they would fight for us. Are nowhere to be found, they are tucking their f*****g tails, and they are hiding away like b*****s. Every last one of them, with the exception of Bernie Sanders who put out like a ten minute video, and AOC who's speaking out, the rest of them are pandering to their rich donors, and keeping their f*****g mouths shut.

And I could not Find the words to express the anger I feel inside against our own Democratic electeds. In this nation, we have built a system, a democracy, where the people elect a person, that person speaks for them, that person gives the directives, these people, this group of people, tell the people below them, who elected them, what to do in times of crisis and how they're going to, and they're doing none of it.

Absolutely none of it. And I'm at a point right now where I just know. That they are waiting to see what the people do before they act.

The Democratic National Committee held their elections over the weekend. Um, I'm going to find out the new president who won if, if anybody, um, yeah, on February 1st, Ken Martin, former chair of the Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party was elected as chair. Um, to the DNC. So Ken Martin, um, and the vice chair.

We're taking Democrats 23 hours ago. Listen, I'm sorry. I did not plan this out. I just knew that I had to get on here and vent and I knew that I needed more than 10 minutes to do it. Democrats knew. Kingmaker, this is on the Telegraph, tells Trump we're taking the gloves off. The Democrats new Kingmaker is a former Harris Walls campaign staffer who says the party already has the right message.

Ken Martin, 51, a low profile seasoned Midwestern political operative, will lead, operator, excuse me, will lead the party's resistance to Donald Trump after being elected chairman of the DNC. There it is, friends. That's who you're calling right now. We're gonna throw this man to the wolves. We are putting his feet to the fire.

We are calling Ken Martin, the new DNC chairman. What are you going to direct our politicians in your party to do? Do f*****g something! I can't believe we had to wait until we got a Democratic chair. Don't we have a minority leader to do these things, to set these things in motion? The time is now, friends, not to sit around twiddling our thumbs hoping there's something we can do.

We need to show up at our Democrats offices. Right now I need you to focus on the Senate because that's where all the confirmations are happening. And Democrats are steady f*****g folding. F*****g folding. They're bending the knee. They are voting for these absolutely unqualified people. There is no reason.

No f*****g reason our Democrats should be in any way making friends with, making deals with, folding for the Republican Party. That is no longer the Republican Party, and we know that. They are MAGA extremists, far right extremists, 100%. They have dismantled federal Federal, um, organizations, federal, uh, buildings, offices, thousands of jobs gone.

People woke up this Monday morning being told not to come to work today.

Wow. Listen to this. I just got this breaking news friends. ABC News. U. S. Tariffs on Mexico paused for a month. 10, 000 Mexican troops head to the border. U. S. Tariffs imposed on Mexico have been paused Uh, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said in a post on X Monday shortly after speaking to Trump. Trump confirmed the news shortly after that.

Sheinbaum said Mexico has agreed to reinforce the Mexico U. S. border with 10, 000 National Guard troops immediately. She also said the U. S. had agreed to work to prevent high powered weapons from being trafficked into Mexico. All of the guns coming into Mexico, by the way, come from the United States, just so you know.

Every weapon that is found illegally in Mexico comes from us. Anyway, the tariffs on Canada remain in place, however, Trump is expected to speak with Trudeau at 3 o'clock today, Eastern Time. Trump says Secretary of State Marco Rubio Uh, and Treasury Secretary Scott Besant and Howard Lutnick, Trump's yet to be confirmed Commerce Secretary nominee, will negotiate with Mexican leaders in the next month to achieve a permanent deal.

We need to push. We need to push hard or we need to hit the f*****g streets. You need to show up at your Senators offices, and this is something you can do locally, you guys. You don't have to go to D. C. for this.

If you live in Michigan, go to Lansing. Slotkin's office, find, uh, Peter, Gary Peter's office, and you f*****g start pounding on the door. And you demand to know, you demand to know why, as they work for you, they are folding for a fascist f*****g regime. And you go en masse, and you go with signs. And you ask them, do you want to be associated with Russell Vogt?

The man who is destroying our f*****g democracy. And you know this. You're not a f*****g idiot. You know that Project 2025 exists. And you know that this man is behind it all. And if you vote for these men, this man, those men, you tie yourselves to them for, forever. You then become the Democrat who voted to end democracy.

It's already happening, friends. And, and Democrats apparently waited around, waited around so that we could have a chairman, a f*****g chairman who, my mind is blown by this. We have been waiting and watching Trump dismantle democracy, go around the constitution, break every f*****g rule to dismantle federal organizations.

And we had to wait for a f*****g vote for a chairman before s**t could be done. Are you kidding me? That s**t needs to change. And I'm here to tell you, Democratic Party, while you jockeyed back and forth about what to do. We need to work, we need to show the working man we care. No, you need to save democracy!

The working man has nothing without their union. And you're letting Donald Trump dismantle them. 20 to 50, 000 federally unioned employees lost their jobs this week and over the weekend while you were twiddling your f*****g thumbs.

It is time to, to do something. It is time for action, my friends. And I'm not telling you to go to Washington and pound down the Capitol doors. I'm telling you to go to your Democrats. Your elected officials have the power to stop this, and they have had it the whole time.

They found 3 million legal voters purged from the voter rolls illegally. 3 million across the country and all of these states combined, if all of those black voters, they were all black and all young. Okay, with the exception of just a few. They were all black and they were all young voters and had those votes Most of them they did they all didn't even have to go to Kamala.

She would have won in a landslide She would have won on the popular vote. She would have won in a landslide and all of the swing states and That is where the coup happened friends the coup happened there.
