Has the CIA been running these endless US wars targeting Russia and China? Or how about the genocidal activities of Israel in the Middle East?

In 1995 the United Nations Commission on the Truth for El Salvador linked the slayings to 19 members of the armed forces, who were graduates of the School of the Americas, a facility run by the U.S. Army at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Does the violence and ethic cleansing in the West Bank and Gaza get left out of our media because of US contradictions? We praise freedom and human rights when it comes to Ukraine, and yet send billions to Israel for its slaughter of Palestinians.

Does that mean one of our political parties can capitalize on worker mistreatment and abuse, especially since the gap between the rich and poor is now the highest it has ever been?

How does a oppressed population learn to live, and finally to prosper in a violent and racist society? We can look at the genocide in Gaza and the West Bank as examples of what racism can do.

Some day, the US people will tear down a government that is completely bought and paid for by the filthy rich. There is such poverty, homelessness and inequality while the two major corporate parties spend all our money on war.

If the American people were asked about risking a nuclear winter, why they would be horrified. Not so the corporations that earn billions making new hydrogen bombs. They make the most profit by keeping the United States on the edge of nuclear conflict.

Bob Dylan achieved monumental fame, which was probably his goal all along. That was not the goal of our finest troubadour, whose guitar bore the words, This machine kills fascists.

The second chapter of the US in Vietnam would not involve prep school elites or secret Yale societies. The actual fighters would be the poor and people of color. The underclass would do the real bleeding for the economic gains that the elites hungered for.

We live in the most militarized nation the world has ever seen. Our wars are all over the globe with 800 military bases always looking for a new fight with Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, China and Russia.
