Elliott Ross stops by to talk about his role as Prince Cedric on The Quest, a new competition series on Disney+ that thrusts its young contestants into a fully immersive world full of fantasy, magic and mayhem as they seek out to save the world of Everealm. Elliott plays Prince Cedric, one of the many characters throughout the mystical, medieval world of the series that helps guide its young contestants on their journey.

Elliott also shares how he’s managed to overcome the “starving artist” mentality and become an financially-savvy actor to succeed in life when not succeeding in one’s career. We also both get the chance to reflect on our side-hustle careers, his being in the fitness industry and mine being in podcasting (duh!) and juggle those efforts successfully while also being working actors.

Film and television actor Theo Rossi joins us on the show this week to talk all about his latest film “Escape The Field”, described as a “gripping horror-thriller about six strangers who suddenly awaken in a remote, endless cornfield, plunged into a cat-and-mouse game with an unseen evil, and survival depends upon solving a diabolical — and deadly — puzzle.”

Theo shares how working on this film was an incredibly unique experience for the entire cast and crew. It was the first project most of them had worked on since lockdowns in 2020, and because of quarantining in a bubble prior to production, the small cast got to not just bond but rehearse the script for two weeks, and why actors should not be seen as the most important part of any project.
