As we’ve seen, the book of Acts was written by Luke, and it tells us about the working of God through the Word of God in the hearts of the people of God. And there were many challenges as the church begins - among them, some widows being neglected. This resulted in some hurt feelings and the need for the Apostles to deal with the problem in a straight forward manner, while keeping their own priorities in line.
