Andrew Lamb speaks on the power of resurrection life! Jesus did not come back to make bad things good, but to make dead things live. The finished work of the cross is the most powerful testimony we have. We have defeated eath, are free from sin and are raised to life eternally through the power of what Jesus did through His death and resurrection. It pleased the Father to put all the fullness of Himself in Jesus! We have Jesus and all that belongs to Him in us. We do not live outside of Christ, Therefore, we have every ability to walk in hearing God's voice on a daily basis. God gave us everything that pertains to life and Godliness -- which includes being able to hear Him and be world changers!

Andrew Lamb continues the message on identity. Gleaning from the story of Gideon, we recognize how crucial identity is in our relationship with Jesus and in seeing our destinies the way He does! Gideon had a huge calling for glory --his identity crisis got in the way! What could we see and do if only we knew the incredible things God put inside us and sees in us. You are not your accomplishments or your ministry. You are created in the image of a glorious God who created you for glory-- glory in relationship with Him!

Andrew Lamb reminds us of the truth of who we are. Colossians 1:19 tells us that is pleased The Lord for all of the divine perfection of who He is should dwell in Jesus. And HE dwells in us! Too often we forget that we are called the righteousness of Christ and behold his glory as in a MIRROR. As we are reminded of who we truly are because of who is in us, we recognize our duty to let it out -- No more hiding it under a basket!

This week, Andrew Lamb imparts revelation on "dying to self". This phrase is often misunderstood or even abused in church cultures. The idea of martydrom, self-diminishing or self-deprication sounds wonderful, but isn't what our heavenly Father is asking of us! In thetruest sense, dying to ourselves is specifically dying to our minds, wills and emotions. Dying to old ways of thinking and thought patterns. We truly want for our thoughts to be made His thoughts, for our desires. What a wonderful and freeing revelation of the life that exists beyond our "death."

Therefore, we can deduce that prophecy is an incredbily important gift! But how does prophecy look in the context of family and community? Andrew digs into the truth about prophecy and God's heart for family and health in the body.

The very nature of God is founded in the overwhelming offensiveness of the Gospel; the glory of His son Jesus who died for us! If we fail to see the Old Testament through the lens of Jesus, recognizing that the old covenant posed a question to which Jesus was the answer, we run the risk of building entire theologies without a need for Jesus Himself. Our lives, our behaviour, even our prayer will reveal how much we truly know his goodness. What an amazing revelation!

So much of the body of Christ has reduced the character of Jesus to something that we can understand and makes us comfortable. Rather, we are to walk in risk and faith -- we get the opportunity to make manifest the manifold presence of God! Drawing from Jesus's warning of the "leaven of the Pharisees" and the "leaven of Herod", we look deeper into what risk and faith truly look like!
