PRINT OUT THE PUZZLE TWICE (or just use a blank sheet of paper for this)
CUT ONE INTO PUZZLE PIECES. On these pieces, you will write some of the things that make up your disorder - your habits, rules, thoughts, fears, etc.
THE OTHER STAYS WHOLE! On this one, you will write, decorate, color, add pictures, words whatever you want - about how you want your puzzle (your LIFE!!) to look when you are whole again. How do you want to feel in life? What do you want to be able to DO? Maybe you can finally say yes to pizza with friends. Maybe you have a self love so deep nothing could shake it. Focus on how you want your LIFE to look and feel.. Not your body.
MAKE A LIST OF STEPS!!!! Make a list of steps that you can take towards piecing your puzzle together (aka steps you can take towards freedom!!!)
COMMIT!! Commit to these steps. COMMIT to taking at least ONE of them! Facing a fear food, breaking a time rule, whatever it is!
