Ad Dads

Today was a great day at #DMWF. Awesome to chat to Christian from Steel Warriors, Suzy from Smurfit, and Nataliia from the University of Exeter. Just remember people be authentic!

A big digital marketing conference, a prince and some missionaries. What else is there to say?

Another big day in Blighty. Meet up with a grad who's worked in both the US and UK (shout out to Megan at the Duke of York). Dan gets excited about his old stomping ground and we head into D&AD to check out the manaakitanga pencil.

Our return to London has been nothing if not eventful. Beefs playing out on the street, digital billboard art installations, and a trip to see Banksy's art.

Today was pretty academic. We presented at the inaugural EPOD Conference and had a bloody good time. We share our thoughts about it as we walk home after a long day absorbing smart stuff.

First full day in London and it really was a full day. From crappy jet-lagged sleep to long-form pub catch-ups then on to bigger billboards than you've ever seen and a small yet perfectly formed college conference.

It's our first morning in London and it's already been a productive trip for the Ad Lads. We set up our Insta page in Auckland Airport and have now posted from three countries. This is the first of our daily updates on our tour of the UK. There will be plenty more to come from the trip when we get back, but these daily updates will keep anyone who's interested up to date in almost real time.
