The first episode of the new hell week, and far too late. Yoshi and Jay listen to a new bop about everyone's favorite noodle treat, read naruto ramen fanfiction, and laugh themselves to death about how much you have to trust doctors, I guess. Many questions arise from this episode. Are they allowed to do a certain naughty deed? What Shaq Deisel tracks are real and which are just straight up bogus? Regardless, they're depressed. What do you want?

Jay and Roy Peeboy Miller settle into a new week of eating one and only one type of food; Food Lion brand "Chewy Protein Bars". They really didn't think this one through at all. Jay talks about the landmark case where ABC did covert ops to broadcast Food Lion using bleach to clean old meat, and Shaq's endless and unforgettable rage. Josh tries to put milk in it AGAIN. This week is going to be a tough one for everyone involved.
Jay and Josh are REALLY TIRED Y'ALL. It's been a lot, but it's finally the last day of the challenge. They talk about how much they really just would like to do anything but eat pizza rolls, but Jay has the audacity to assert that he's doing fine regardless. Josh offers up seafood pizza rolls and jay puts them back down. Jay tries to reuse a bit and gets caught. The boys try to stream the whole thing live. This whole episode really is something...
Finally, the mid-week check-in! The boys are feeling a little bit sleepy, but nothing some headbanging can't fix! Josh brews up a brand new sweet pizza roll along with a new pizza roll mouth cannon, and Jay introduces the podcast to a classic pizza roll tune. Josh also finds out that Shaquille O'Neal now owns a part of Papa Johns, and couldn't be happier. A special guest Ophelia (@Weeblordnito) comes on and serenades the boys. Make sure to give the podcast a 5-star review and a comment on iTunes, it really helps get us out there.
