we had some time this weekend to write the floppy featherwing tester code. this board tests the inputs and outputs, that go through two level shifters so that the signals TO the floppy drive are shifted up to 5V and the signals FROM the floppy drive are lowered to a safe 3V. for this final version we added a write-protect switch that adds a hardware interlock protection to avoid accidentally writing to floppy disks when you want to only read from them. more floppy stuff will be making it into the shop soon!
