We are shoving hockey talk so far up your asses these past couple days I LOVE IT. We keep that rolling into the final hour of the show as Brian Metzer of The Penguins Radio Network joins us. Metz and Crowl Man talk about the fan outcry on social media following the Kessel trade and Tanev signing, the Penguins roster post trades/signings and what we can start to anticipate once Preseason gets here in September. Crowley gets into The Metro and how it seems that what was the best division in hockey last year, got even better this offseason. He stresses how these Pens can't afford to take any games off during the regular season and how the new guys can help maintain that kind of focus. Josh Yohe then hops on the program to tell us how much he enjoys watching England lose no matter what the sport. You've found The Crowley Show and forgive us for the distractions in this hour, but we just love our freakin country man. The ol' playboy GMJR has decided to trade in his roster for a younger model. Crowley talks about the youth injection on this Penguins roster and tells you how getting young, hungry, guys helps Crosby age gracefully. He then gets to how all you snowflaks tend to hold grudges in the weirdest places. Yes Jack Johnson is hot ass, and yes it was a bad move by GMJR, but that doesn't mean you have to judge the HALL OF FAME GM's tenure here based on one bad move. We then get completely distracted by our Women's soccer team as we enter in to stoppage time and SPOILER ALERT, Those Brits can SUCK IT!

Phil Kessel is no longer a Penguin. We continue to discuss the trade and the current Penguin roster as we start the last hour of the show. He then gets into the Tanev signing for the Penguins and how it makes their fourth line a legit threat for some offense every now and again next season. It's then time for the Five minute major where Crowley looks around the league and some of the other moves being made that effect the Penguins.

Incredibly sad day for Pittsburgh so Crowley opens up by reminsicing about all the good that Phil Kessel did in his four year tenure as a Penguin. Why can't I stop crying? Despite having his hands tied, GMJR actually got some nice value in return for Phat Phil. Craig Morgan of the Athletic Arizona hops on the show to break down the two new Penguins that were sent over in the deal. In the wake of the trade and the signing of a free agent forward today, Crowley starts to see the Penguins roster shaping up and breaks down what the lines should be if they were dropping the puck tomorrow.
