Hour two starts off with just so much patriotism and pride in our women's soccer team all up in your face! We jam out to Lee Greenwood in celebration of the victory, SUCK IT FRANCE! We also discuss Megan Rapinoe once again after she put up both of Team USA's goals in today's game in what seemed to be a major F U to all her haters, and we LOVE IT. The NBA is kicking around a shorter schedule and a mid season cup tournament. That idea fascinates us so we discuss all the positives that could come from this very European idea.

You've found The Crowley Show on a Friday and shizzz is gonna get all wacky folks. We start by getting the business out of the way early. Rossi dropped a bomb of a Phil Kessel story basically outlying the problems and headaches Kessel is causing the Pens. Ya know that Crowley AB = Kessel take doesn't seem so ridiculous... The USA woman's team is also playing so we get all patriotic up in here and celebrate the hell out of our woman advancing to the final four.

Final hour of the show and we had on Mark Kaboly of The Athletic, Scott Burnside of The Athletic, and now we welcome on Josh Yohe of.....that's right you guessed it The Athletic! HAT TRICK BITCH. Josh gives a local flavor to what he's hearing out of the Penguins lately in regards to the trade market. He also let's us know a little nugget about GMJR and his activity of late in the trade market. Crowley then gets into Josh Bell and his campaign to start at first for the NL this year. Second hour of the show gets started with one of our favorites Scott Burnside hopping on the program. Scott wrote a piece for The Athletic, OUR FAVORITE SITE!, outlining some of the best low cost free agents this year. Crowl man picks his brain on that and sees who Scott thinks the Penguins may target if anyone. It's then time to upset the apple cart. We said earlier on in the show that it's implied that Sully may be on the hot seat this year, so Crowley breaks down how the coach can shake up the current roster to improve the teams results come next season. We are in staunch disagreement with this opinion and we will tell you why the draft can stay THEEE HELLLL out of Pittsburgh. Apparently, ranking different fan bases really fires the folks up. We take some reaction on the fan rankings we ended the last segment with, and you'll see what I mean by the folks be fired up. We then get into the Pirates some more since former Pirate Gerrit Cole is toeing the slab against the Bucs tonight. Crowley also takes out the "Pirates a gritty bunch with intangibles" narrative that's going around this town. Second hour of the program starts with a litttleeeeeeeee itty bitty bit of Pirates talk. Hey they have the best bench in all of baseball, isn't that neat?!? However the majority of the segment circles around Evgeni Malkin and how he can bounce back next year, something the Penguins sorely need. Brian Metzer then joins us to give us his thoughts on Brooks Orpik, including one time where Orpik yelled at him, before he gets into the offseason and GMJR's induction.
