01/10//19 - With Jen out on vacation Adam discussed basic things people can do easily that you struggle with. He also talked about finding an old piece of newer technology and asked what's the oldest piece of technology you own and do you still use it. We held Group Therapy and shared a GOOD STUFF story about a woman that made a difference just simply by caring for someone she didn't know.
