Today we are chatting with Adam Keita, one of the owners of Daughter, a cafe, coffee shop, wine bar in Brooklyn. We chat about the social pact that all  New Yorkers agree to when living in the city, his time spent as a barista in some of the great cafes of New York, and how he went from a barista to a business owner.
