Today was a special delight because i had an opportunity to record a podcast with Jeremey and his daughter Nea. Together they each shared what their fears are and thoughts on how they handle their fear. For Jeremy its a visceral memory of when he shattered his teeth bike riding as a young boy and for Nea it’s a dark night camping when owls would hoot in the night.
