Adam Shumaker found ATG after an ACL injury in his late 20’s. Adam is soon to be 41 years young and feeling better than before!  He achieved this all from his own home, and with his favorite tool, gymnastics rings.  Now he has coached many others with the same principles and embarks on his 11th year as a personal trainer out of Portland, Oregon.
