Peter Milobar, Official Opposition Finance Critic, Liberal MLA for Kamloops-North Thompson joins the program to speak with Adam about the rising costs of fuel and the implications. Milobar acknowledges that B.C. residents are paying more for gas than neighbouring provinces and states. Additionally Milobar notes that we are seeing more rising charges on everything from food transportation to leisure travel. Afterwards Dave Korzinski, Research Director, Angus Reid Institute talks to Adam about Canadians general reception to Canada’s involvement in the Ukraine/Russia conflict. Korzinski notes that the survey outlines that 46% of Canadians have done something in attempt to aid the people of Ukraine including donating and sponsoring refugees.
